Hi Max, first of all I love your videos! Your way of eating like the locals is just the way it should be done in India. 🎉 Mumbai is a multi cultural city, all kinds of foods mixed in together and they are all amazingly tasty. However, I wanted to suggest that in India you should try tasting the traditional cuisine of the state too. For example, being a mumbaikar I think in Maharashtra it is a must to try a good Maharashtrian mutton/chicken thali, or in Gujarat, dishes like dhokla, ubayo, thepla’s or a Gujarati thali. Similarly, there are many dishes in different states and cultures which are distinct to that particular state and you won’t find that preparation or taste in any other. You will get to know the difference between the preparation styles in different cultures when you try these foods.
