I too appreciate Tim Lee and TRTA for all they do, but that Abbot clip made me sick. If he really cared he would have pushed the COLA. He just did that clip for votes.

I am proud to be a member of TRTA and Mainland MRTA! I have been a member since I retired in 2004. I am proud that so many Texas retired teachers work together to help all others in Texas! Also very glad a supplemental paycheck will go to my annuity account!

Yes, SS gave a 5.9% raise then raise Medicare so no gain in monthly income and for me WEP is a killer.
