  • An elite wing of the White Knights, the Temple Knights are known for their ruthless and swift judgment on anything that would threaten Asgarnia. Potentially thousands of years old, this organization has come across it’s most deadly foe yet - the sea slugs.

That moment when you realise Col. O'Niall is no longer an ally... I love how haunting this quest line is and I hope they'll continue it with maintaining a similar horror vibe

The horror vibe is really the interesting part of the questline - seeing friends turn to enemies, got my fingers crossed that they keep with it in OSRS

"Man, this quest has some really blunt HP Lovecraft themes."

This was one of my favourite quest lines as a kid, it made me feel like a member of the FBI or something working with the temple knights.... I definitely was let down by whatever was going on with Salt in the Wound (and Kenneth's Concerns) when I got around to trying RS3 so I'd be very eager to see what the Old School team could do with a sequel.

Kenneth's Concerns had a few great bits in it, like the possessed villagers besieging the house or Kenneth being super creepy. But Salt in the Wound is a massive pile of crap from start to finish.

what would happen if a sea slug infected a dragonkin talk about pure horror of dragonkin being infected by the queen slug

You’ve gained another loyal subscriber. Thank you for the lore I’ve played this game for damn near 20 years but never took the time to read alot

Thank you! Appreciate it. Yeah I never ventured too much into the lore until the past year or so, but hey a video format is easier to digest I guess!

@@Gravitybind I have ADHD so it’s hard for me to sift through the text and things. But the irony is I listen to this while I play

Also with the introduction of the strangled from DT2 they can totally tie in the slug quest line

Hopefully! DT2 was a superb quest so it'd be good to start bringing in more forgotten questlines.

RS3 had an interesting twist about the temple knights so I wonder if osrs will do it but with more foreshadowing and builduo
