Great video! Astonishing job! But if I'm allowed to offer some advice: 1) Wear gloves: rubber gloves (for glue/epoxy works), kevlar gloves (for cutting, polishing, etc.) Your finger's skin will appreciate it. 2) Use a respirator with carbon filters, especially when you are working with carbon fiber, epoxy, acetone, etc. Your lungs and brain will be protected pretty well. All the rest is really amazing! Good job!
WOW!! I've watch your build videos and they are amazing.... BUT THAT THROW at the end of this video!! im not a glider guy so i have no clue... al i know is that if i tried that launch we would end up with a pile of broken splinters and hours of work wasted in seconds.. i must say i enjoyed that few seconds of this video the most.. great work as always. :)

Специальный рубанок, только для бальзы. Лезвие немного толще и прочнее, чем у обычной бритвы. Температура утюга около 300 градусов. Сначала нужно протестировать
hmm i have 3 carbon tubes sitting here 2x 6x4mmx1m and one 8x6mmx1m what size did you use in this wing? non DLG might not need as much i kind of want to make a 2m electric sailplane with those tubes
how to cut it into Co2 machine? I cannot answer this question quickly, it requires learning and experience. But the easiest thing is to put the same question in the TH-cam search and you will get the answer.
Great video but if I can offer some advice.Disc cutting carbon fibre without a mask is very bad for ones health. Abraiding/cutting/grinding carbon fibre is definitely best done out doors and wearing a mask. Carbon fibres act just like asbestos fibres when inhaled. Definitely not worth the risks of lung cancer or plural plaques. I really want to give DLG a go.

Agree with Tom. You are disrepectful and you don‘t seem to have a clue. Marco knows what he does and he is an excellent designer. I already built one of his planes. What about showing one of your designs?
sir you are an artist and craftsman
thanks
You are the heck of builder, the man of RC👍👍👍
thanks
Great job! Need more built up DLG's
Mark another nice scratch build.
thanks
Volar un planeador o cualquier avión de control remoto después de construirlo, es una gran satisfacción.
Muchas gracias. me alegra que te haya gustado el video
멋지다.... 나도 만들어보고 싶다 ㅠ,ㅜ

It's not really hard to throw at all. At first, throw weakly and step by step stronger. I haven't thrown that much either, but I always succeed

Absolutely have loved all your builds. Fantastic DLG. I'm in the middle of a CLM Element 2. Hope I can make it as tight as yours
I wish you success, share pictures or video
Please make a simple boom versiom, is that good for catch thermal?
классная "металла"! Марко, подскажи пожалуйста,в рубанке лезвие от бритвы или родное,стальное? и ещё,какая температура на фене при обтяжке?

Yes, the 2m project is more interesting and flies better. Simply replace the balsa cone with an motor th-cam.com/video/goCgRIHl9Bc/w-d-xo.html

hi where did you get the carbon round rods from?
These are carbon arrows, intended for the bow. Available at any hunting store I believe
Do you have a wing airfoil plan for this? I want to build it.
Hi, Drawings are here grabcad.com/library/rc-dlg-glider-1
Is a laser-cut short kit available?
Hi Thom, unfortunately the answer is no
No rudder on a glider…🙈 also you need more down on the “flaps”.
You are absolutely right that there is no rudder and I miss it a lot

YOU MANAGED to NOT show the installation of the launch grip pin.!!! consequently, i am left wondering, what sort of SILLINESS was done, there.!!!!

Wondering what exactly qualifies you to make comments like this about DLG's you are obviously clueless about them.
