The information she’s providing is clear and coherent, and she is highly well spoken but the accent gives her away. There’s no way you can improve your grammar without losing your accent. Prove me wrong. Still love the video. Good job.
THANK YOU MADAM. THE DETAILING OF IRAC IS EXCELLENTLY PUT FORTH IN A SIMPLE AND LUCID MANNER. VERY INFORMATIVE AND GOING TO BE OF EXTREME HELP FROM ACADEMIC PERSPECTIVE AS WELL AS PRACTICAL APPLICATION. LOOKING FORWARD MORE MORE SUCH INFORMATIVE VIDOES.
Wow good Mam... Thanks For enlightening us.. One request Mam please make a video upon FIRAC if possible with both from original and appellate jurisdiction point of view. Thank You
Mam if one case is given and under that Teacher gave 3questions like ;what claim can be made by A, what argument in return B will make?, How this case can be settled according to You. Are there Q issue if not then How to put them in IRAC??
Ma'am, in sajjan singh v state of Rajasthan. I told the prof the rule was that under article 13(2) law means ordinary law and not constitutional law; and that article 368 allows amendment of Consti. But he said wrong answer 😭. Ma'am then what is the Rule in this case?🙏
Dear Ananyaa the main rule in the Sajjan Singh case would be Art 368 wherein the issue was the extent of power of Parliament to amend the Constitution. The court held that Parliament can evdn amend Fundamental rights.
