You do a wonderful job of making what you can’t get, it really makes this build a cut above most.

Yes, he does - plus, much less cost, much less delay, much more satisfaction, and, from our perspective, much better education and entertainment. But let's go easy with the "wonderful" stuff - don't want his wife to start thinkin' there's no livin' with him! (Small, weak attempt at humor, there. Please excuse it.)

One horn on each side, the tubes will fill the space, paint them white and that will give the illusion of filling the space as well. She looks like a beauty with that tunnel ram on it!!! TWO horns each side, TOO much!

Love this channel. My soon to be 8 year old is Autistic with auditory sensitivities to music, clapping, loud noises etc. When he hears your voice or the music on this channel, he comes and sits with me to watch. He does this with only you and this channel. Please keep rocking. Thank you for bringing us along.

Love the music in the first half... "Halfass gone funky", LOL!... Seariosly though, I'm totally impressed with your method of making the megaphone. I never would have thought of doing it like that, so simple! Something I thouhgt of while watching you squeezing down the pipe to weld it. Vice Grip, Chain Grips would wrap around evenly.

Brent, you simplify your cleaning up the shop of powder from Fibre glass... do what l do! I put on my dust mark and goggles, the painting mask . Better quality, then l fire up the air compressor, and open your big door! Start at one point in the shop , blow the powder out the door into the lot. I've even used my , leaf blower, which l like much better! Try it, alot easier then dusting ,keep up the good work, jim

Very nice job making the megaphone pipes since you had the Speedway ones as a pattern. For future consideration, an old school hot rodder tip for making cheap megaphone pipes was to use early Ford torque tubes. Axle housings would work but be thicker and heavier. You cut out the front tapered portion of the torque tube to whatever length desired and get 2 or 4 exact tapered pipes. Love this ‘37 truck build!

Brent ... the term you're searching for @35:50 is "Tapered Mandrel". Liking your idea to make a permanent Mandrel ... and using an old axle with 1/2" female sockets to allow you to use a ratchet for rotation. But hey, you did an amazing job with the tools (including your Feet) to accomplish the task at hand. Bravo !!! Besides, given the on-going "Freedom Convoy" you probably would have to wait a long while to get another header kit ... GO CANADA !!!

I've been running a tunnel ram with dual carbs (made/tuned for the tunnel ram) on my BBC street rod since 2014 with absolutely no problems...just more HP hehe. About 30-40 more. People told me I'd have problems with it and it would run/idle bad but it's ran smooth and fast since I put it on. Getting the right carbs made for a tunnel ram and right heads is the key. Brett's little truck is going to haul ass and look cool too!

I like the way you think, I'd just pinch an axle and have a heavy wall master for a form and cap the ends with a half inch square hole for a breaker bar and a cheater pipe for a good twist, you could easily cut a paper pattern for your layout, build a lower roller under your axle for a mass production type of setup 😉

Well the Shop Foreman put you to work with those magic hands to do what you do best and that is to make car parts as needed. You can remove a motor and transmission in an hour, in what would take the backyard mechanic two days. And making those Megaphones exhaust in an hour at first would have taken a backyard mechanic two days just to come with a plan, unless he watch your TH-cam. Pablo is your biggest fan, he watches you almost the entire show. Anyways, great video.
