Isang beses lang ako nag try ng Cebu Pacific and sobrang worse ang experienced ko sa kanila since then hindi na ulit ako sumukay sa airline nila. Edi wala ng problema.

I flew Cebu Pacific flight 5J629 at 8:20pm ( 2020hrs ) in the evening to my flight back to Singapore on December 31 2016, but luckily the flight was continued... Almost cancelled until it's continued. I planespotted for 3 hours. Singapore Airlines became first to Singapore then Cebu Pacific was second to Singapore. I was plane spotting for 2-3 hrs starting from 5:59pm PH time to 8:20pm PH time. Some of the aircrafts (Except 5J629) were a bit delayed in the Philippines. That's all I had to say.
That seems like HELL! The only time layovers or cancellations are good, is when u have premium status and get stuck in a good airport with awesome lounges. I'm going to assume neither of those airports had em.
I've watched too many bad Cebu Pacific videos. In one video the "air conditioning" in the aircraft wasn't working which meant passenger were sweating profusely the babies were crying and I think at least one elderly women fainted through heat exhaustion. These are serious faults. What else is there that could go wrong? If they don't maintain the engines sooner or later there going to have a crash. I could help laugh because the cabin crew were frantically asking if there was a doctor onboard. Would a doctor fly Cebu Pacific know all to well this airline is noted for cancelling flights and irate passengers. I can't see how they can survive if they keep doing this.
In some cases you get nothing. Dont go too cheap or the airlines going to start cutting corners on over working their pilots, inadequate pay, that might mean cabin crew are not qualified to do their job. Maybe Jets are not maintained properly. Filthy aircraft. Bad food. Indirect flights. Grave yard flight or red eye flights. Narrow seats means an uncomfortable flight. Cancelled flights. Long waiting times.

THEY WILL INSIST THAT YOU ARE LATE AND YOU WILL BE CHARGE MORE THAN YOU PAID ON YOUR REGULAR TICKET... NOT LIKE PAL, PASSENGERS GUARANTY WILL ALL ABOARD.

Ilang beses ko na nranasan yan kaya hindi na ako sumakay ulit sa airline na yan. Ang problema sa Cebu Pac. ang overbooking nla, mrami nga ang knilang flight hindi nman ma accommodate ng eroplano nla. Normal lang nman ang delays pro sa paulit ulit na lang na delays at kung ano2 pang kpalpakan hindu na tama yan.
I would never fly with Cebu Pacific you pay for what you get and literally what you get is shit service, if you want great service great food and in-flight entertainment you need to pay three times what Cebu Pacific offers thank God for Qantas and Philippine airlines

You get the service for the amount you paid.
