Interesting, all I do is go underneath and unscrew the filter and it just comes down. And it only goes down one way, and even if you tilt slightly ( it goes towards the block and never spills).
I've replaced mine six times 😀 and never took anything off on top. 2012 with low mileage.
I thought about that but I figured I would wear a crap ton of oil. Lol
Fleetguard filter is hard to bit, outperforms most of the filters on the market

I believe that actuator is the one just to the left behind the glove box.

Changed all three of my actuators and still blows cold air on passenger side not full heat on driver's side what wrong

Those are mode doors not blend doors. And they are the actuators not even the doors, and there's 6 of them in dual climate dodges, so you're not helping anyone with this video. Also 5 minutes of BS talking before you even get to the point is just absurd.
