    I have received a request for sharing simple tips on how to achieve mindfulness. In this video I have explained what is mindfulness & how you can achieve it in your day to day activities. Mindfulness is to become aware of something. It means to focus your mind on something. This is required to connect more with super natural power of universe. This helps improving your power of subconscious mind & ultimately helps manifesting sharply.
    The best way to achieve Mindfulness is to do Meditation. However it can be achieved by doing one thing at a time & focusing your attention on that one thing completely. Mindfulness is achieved when you follow your hobby, concentrate on your work, pay deep attention to your sensations or surroundings.
    In simple terms mindfulness is an ability to concentrate on any one thing at a time & to avoid multi-tasking to connect your subconscious mind deeper to the super natural power of the universe & achieve your goals through law of attraction.
