My inoperabe bird flex is currently at UPS store awaiting my ok to have it shipped to MI for repairs. Was purchased for $600 (Target) last christmas and battery inoperable for unexplained reason. I keep Bird in garage (safe/dry) and do occasional rides within 2-3 mile range at most so its well maintained and moderately used. My question is will I be spending good money after bad getting it fixed. Bird will pay for shipping it back to me (I would hope so!) but they indicate they will not provide me with a new one if they find big problems and I can guarantee they will not provide new one if upon return to me it does not work well. I sense that they do not stand behind their product and I hear about them being in deep financial trouble,,,,maybe wont be around in future. Whats your recommendation? I'm ok paying this if I get 10 years out of the bird but I'm having doubts
I have the same scooter, i love mine. I get decent battery life and i can squeeze out 20-25 miles range if i keep it on 9mph. Only conplaint i have is that the front bolt keeps coming undone
@@BlakeGraham I agree 9mph is a little slow lol. Also be very careful with the charging port when you unplug it DO NOT wiggle it out as it will damage the port and thus leaving ur scooter unable to charge, I've went through two returns of these scooters to finally get one that works properly, the first one stopped charging, then the second one stopped connecting to Bluetooth

Does it have an app that can tell you how many miles have you drive and how many battery life it still has?
Are the tires flat proof ?
Could you explain how to change the speed settings cause mine is not really changing the settings
I think you just press the power button to switch speed modes
not better performance than a Unagi.... i get mine up to 21mph crazy torque with dual motors

Click the power button 5x and then switch it to high speed it goes 30 km/h

yes it all is in the bird app. You can also use the app to lock the scooter to prevent people from stealing it
