Between 2005 and 2007 in the wake of Eddie Guerrero and Chris Benoit death, WWE wasn’t really gonna shut down due to the steroids they did. Owen Hart death in 1999 was a huge shock but they should have canceled the ppv event instead.
HHH and Nick Khan are a team. HHH handles the talent while Nick handles corporate needs. This is part of the reason why WWE is successful again. McMahon was scatter-brain since he literally handled everything.
Dom being in romantic storyline with Liv is good but he far from being the face of the wwe, he ain’t going Hollywood like Rock, Cena, Batista. He worst than Chavo Guerrero Jr was as a professional wrestler, being in Rey shadow still a thing.
The thing with Triple H is that he knows what the fans want. He gives us serious storylines alongside with the edgy ones to keep the product fun just like the Attitude & Ruthless agression era.

I’ll say this Paul Levesque is definitely a positive change for WWE. The world was in a different place when Vince McMahon’s magic as The Father of Sports Entertainment was felt everywhere, Vince was old school and from a time where wrestlers were on the road 300 days a year. Triple H is from a time where you spent so much time on the road your body started breaking down and wrestlers were constantly on pain killers and performance enhancers. So I do believe that Vince and Paul care about the wrestlers and the company but, they just think differently. That’s why their respective receptions from the roster and critics are different.

HHH has shown how bad things really were under Vince. Not just for the company, the talent, and the product, but also for the fans. Shoving superstars down our throat that none wanted to see, to insulting our intelligence. I have been a wrestling fan since wrestling at the chase was a thing. It's good to see him embracing the world of modern technology, social media, and letting the wrestlers actually have a life besides making him money.
He changed it even more as of last night. Gunther is at the head of this new era. Think of how much has changed in just a couple of days since Gunther won
HHH has finally given the fans what they've wanted for years and that's a voice ! A long time ago JBL interviewed Michael Hayes and in that interview Hayes pointed out what it is that wrestling sells you and that's smiles ! For years under Vince fans have had little to smile about as it was his way or the highway. Well, now that HHH is in control it seems more fans are ready to smile more than ever.
Watching the product now is so much better. Under Vince I gave up watching the weekly shows and sipped pretty much all the PLEs in 2019 through 2022 because it felt like nothing mattered on the shows, the talent you wanted to see get a push either never got a push or Vince did a start stop push that made me feel like fans reactions and opinions didn’t matter. Under Trios every story and match seems to have a purpose and audience reactions are being taken into consideration for wrestlers push.
Look which great job they have done with Cody Rhodes . He never did get the recognition he deserved and now he is one of the top 5 in current WWE and it all works out .
As a English person Wrestlemania coming to the UK is exciting but they could still go to Scotland,Wales and Northern Ireland but I hope they come here to the O2 arena in London
HHH has actually reached wrestling GOAT status. No other wrestler has done it like this both inside and outside the ring. Both as talent and management.
The new product is light years better than where it has been. The talent seems to be happy too and that is what is most important. I used to really wonder and feel bad that these guys and girls were always on the road, away from their families, and always being beat up. It doesn’t matter how much money you make if your personal life is in shambles and your health is deteriorating
As a teen WWE really has changed for the best! But one thing I will say not to hate on Triple H, but looking back at Attitude Era matches and shows lets be honest Vince will never be touched when he was in his prime, especially when he was in the attitude era. I don’t think Triple H will ever be able to top what Vince did during that era.
The real problem is ‘always comparing what’s better.’ It doesn’t matter. As long as it’s becoming popular again and with new Boards in charge, why compare and complain? We don’t get anything out of it
@@bolbiitp7850 ……who was complaining 💀 I just said “not to hate on Triple H” 🤦♂️ I am not complaining, I actually think the WWE is going in a good direction. Either reread my comment again or maybe retake English 🤣

HHH Made it feel new again. It was easy to see the company change once VKM was no longer with WWE. Vince made it awesome but he hit a wall and it IMO became boring. His controversy was overshadowing the Performers. Paul L took it and made it Legendary. I'ts exciting again.
Even if they go to a TV 14 and/or a TV MA, it’s not the same 14 & MA of the Attitude Era. There are certain things that they simply can’t control as far as what kind of content they are allowed to present today due to cancel culture, etc., EVEN IF they have a 14 or an MA
This is why I was always a huge HHH and HBK fan. Not just for their work in the ring and on the mic but for this kind of stuff. They truly care and that is what has always separated them from the rest.
From 2014 up to about royal rumble 2023, I thought nothing could ever interest me enough to tune in weekly anymore- all my favorites were gone, or lost their in ring ability, aura, etc, and it was just getting too childish with all the goofy angles and it just got worse over time. Triple H changed that. Royal Rumble 2023 had me super invested in everything, and seeing Sami turn on the bloodline had me super excited. I had started watching weekly back in October for Bray Wyatt and then turning the show off after he did his thing, and being disappointed if he didn't show up. This move to Netflix, I hope it lives up to everyone's expectations, but even if it doesn't, WWE is very exciting right now as is. Edit to add something on: Back around Royal Rumble 2023, I had looked for wrestling schools in my area, because even though I wasn't watching WWE as much, I still wanted to wrestle, but seeing the state that vince had left everything in, convinced me that if I were to ever get 2 offers from different companies at the same time and one being WWE (lol) I would 100% of the time choose the other company. Once again, Triple H has changed that, I'm progressing through training at a slow pace, but I'm getting there, and if the opportunity to work for wwe ever arises, even as an extra, I'd jump at the chance.
Last night was prime attitude era from start to finish. This era is truly gonna be epic because honestly the talent now is better than them and now he's letting the personalities and talents shine and we all win for it
We all knew Vince stepping back was always a good move, but never expected HHH being the head of the organization would be this good. I stopped watching WWE around early to mid 2010s, but watching clips of recent events is a complete different and far better product compared to what it was few years back. This will surely bring old fans like me back to pro wrestling again.
When they said Triple H is the King of Kings they ain't lying man ! He truly change the game every single time like his song says it’s time to play the game and Triple H is the one that Control The Game in WWE he is The Game !

the ref cam could be SO GOOD if used at the right time, possibly as a alternate angle replay for some big high flying moves or just a more personal angle of when technical wrestlers get to dancing in the ring. They just need some more camera training.
I was a lapsed fan myself of over 10 years started watching before Survivor series last year and hooked ever since 👍🏻. Definitely noticed a change wrestlers not being used all the time and getting to rest is definitely a good thing and using wrestlers who are not used so often. Plus triple H being a wrestler before hand definitely helps.
was a fan of triple h as a kid when he was a wrestler now as an adult im a fan of him as running the creative and find myself enjoying wwe for the first time since i was a teenager
I'm definitely willing to give this another chance again every so often and I'll try to watch wrestling every couple years or so sit back and just watch Monday night raw like I used to year after year been disappointed so hopefully they got it right this time
There are still some issues. 1. Smackdown is not as great as it should be. It could add a third hour, or maybe just change the timing of matches and other segments. 2. The PLE's don't have enough matches. A PLE should have 6-9 matches, while WrestleMania and Summer Slam should have 10-14. 3. Women need midcard titles. 4. They need to hire someone new for music. Current themes are stale, not unique, and need to end. I should say, this isn't a hate comment. This is a compliment. These are the only current issues in WWE, in my opinion. WWE, and Triple H, are doing so much well, and have fixed a whole slew of issues from Vince. This list was 2 dozen long just a few years ago. Now it's four. I am very impressed by WWE and HHH, and only hope that fixing these issues are on their mind.
@gbadger9385 I agree. The only reason I didn't add it to my list is because that is due to contract issues, and is not solely a decision by WWE and Triple H. Still annoying though for sure.
The storylines actually make sense and he ( triple h ) has us as fans tuning into Raw Smackdown and PLE’s every week and month thank you Paul triple h Leveque best video you’ve ever done WrestleLamia
For me, a lifelong fan that works second shift, the Netflix deal sucks. I normally have to miss Raw and Smackdown because i don't get home from work until 10:30 pm eastern unless I take vacation or its a holiday. I don't work the weekends. I get free cable TV in my trailer park and get to watch the shows sometimes.
Is it just me or does it really feel like classic black and gold nxt takeover years … on the big stage this time, really love what they’re doing these days. Summerslam was awesome imo
Well once Raw goes to Netflix, that's the upwards of 84 million potential viewers, sooooo I'm not sure what you're talking about here buddy. Now don't get me wrong, I grew up with the attitude era, it was such a great time, and it's unlikely we will capture that magic again, but you can't deny that WWE is more financially successful and even more popular now than ever
I hope Reed gets a good push. Monday was a great start and I'm happy Seth is down to put him over in that spot Monday night. I'm glad to see H give credit to props to Punk about the schedule he called out. Interesting, I've been saying that if something is true now it was true then.

Under Trios every story and match seems to have a purpose and audience reactions are being taken into consideration for wrestlers push.
Triple h saved wwe and he return the wwe that the people wanted version
Look which great job they have done with Cody Rhodes . He never did get the recognition he deserved and now he is one of the top 5 in current WWE and it all works out .
As a English person Wrestlemania coming to the UK is exciting but they could still go to Scotland,Wales and Northern Ireland but I hope they come here to the O2 arena in London
HHH has actually reached wrestling GOAT status. No other wrestler has done it like this both inside and outside the ring. Both as talent and management.
My brother is watching again. He got me into wrestling in 04.
Yea. New era.
The real problem is ‘always comparing what’s better.’
It doesn’t matter.
@@CharlesLeeRay-h9v you just said “Vince would never be touched when he was in prime. You just indicated that it would never be topped and HHH will never be able to top that”
Bro wake the f up. Lmao
@@bolbiitp7850 its true bro he won’t be touched but I was never complaining. Did you not reread what I said in the first sentence?? “WWE really HASSSSSS changed for the best” Reread the sentence bro and the n come back to me.
Edit to add something on:
Back around Royal Rumble 2023, I had looked for wrestling schools in my area, because even though I wasn't watching WWE as much, I still wanted to wrestle, but seeing the state that vince had left everything in, convinced me that if I were to ever get 2 offers from different companies at the same time and one being WWE (lol) I would 100% of the time choose the other company. Once again, Triple H has changed that, I'm progressing through training at a slow pace, but I'm getting there, and if the opportunity to work for wwe ever arises, even as an extra, I'd jump at the chance.
WWE in 2014 was far more entertaining
@@idontevenknow741when the shield ended with Seth hitting Roman and Dean with the chair, their careers changed dramatically.
Last night was prime attitude era from start to finish. This era is truly gonna be epic because honestly the talent now is better than them and now he's letting the personalities and talents shine and we all win for it
Summer Slam was so good. Like seriously 🤯👀
First you play the Game then you change it....HHH is legend
finally i will be able to watch WWE soon.
I didn’t watch WWE for years but now I’m really into it and all the back stories and old things
Nothing will eclipse the attitude ERA
All of HHH's hardwork & sacrifice wasn't in vein.... Keep winning, Game
When they said Triple H is the King of Kings they ain't lying man ! He truly change the game every single time like his song says it’s time to play the game and Triple H is the one that Control The Game in WWE he is The Game !
I love how so many people said it’s a faze and the triple h hype train will die down after 6 months like…. I don’t see it calming down any time soon … #WeTrustTripleH
i was maybe in the 5-6th grade when i stopped watching wwe shortly before pg era began.. i began watching again bc of bloodline story, judgement day faction, logan paul, gunther, LA knight, n so many more new stars n vets that are still wrestling. wrestle mania 40 sealed the deal, when triple H introduce a new era i knew i was gonna be here for it thank u HHH for making wrestling cool again 🫡
Let's face it, if Mr. McMahon was still calling the shots, it's likely WWE would have been out of business by now.
I wouldn't say out of business but AEW would have probably been ahead
No 😂
100 percent 2010-2017 was fucking awful
Not at all
You wrestling fans are R3t@rd3d I swear it hurts
Who would’ve thought that HHH would later on make WWE great again.
Love it or hate it this new era keeps getting better and better
the ref cam could be SO GOOD if used at the right time, possibly as a alternate angle replay for some big high flying moves or just a more personal angle of when technical wrestlers get to dancing in the ring. They just need some more camera training.
What I think is that we’re in good hands
I was a lapsed fan myself of over 10 years started watching before Survivor series last year and hooked ever since 👍🏻. Definitely noticed a change wrestlers not being used all the time and getting to rest is definitely a good thing and using wrestlers who are not used so often. Plus triple H being a wrestler before hand definitely helps.
Took a barely watchable product and made it somewhat more watchable. Yeah…game changer
was a fan of triple h as a kid when he was a wrestler now as an adult im a fan of him as running the creative and find myself enjoying wwe for the first time since i was a teenager
Triple H is fresh air for WWE post Vince era his booking storylines have been amazing future definitely bright for the company and talent
Its all about the game and how you play it and hunter is the only man knows how to play it.
Commercials mid match blows me away
@gbadger9385 I agree. The only reason I didn't add it to my list is because that is due to contract issues, and is not solely a decision by WWE and Triple H. Still annoying though for sure.
@@TheLoneWolfSports agreed
I love the thumbnail of tripe h sitting on a throne the king of kings is here
The storylines actually make sense and he ( triple h ) has us as fans tuning into Raw Smackdown and PLE’s every week and month thank you Paul triple h Leveque best video you’ve ever done WrestleLamia
Driving 20 minutes down the road screws with my back, how these superstars drove 8 10 12 to next event boggles the.mind. Good on HHH.
The attitude Era will never be outdone so stop saying that
Thank you triple H for making WWE way much better while taking care of the talent. You are not only the game but you are indeed the game changer.
Rock also made the product worth watching since becoming TKO board of directors
🥱🥱🥱🥱🥱
Is it just me or does it really feel like classic black and gold nxt takeover years … on the big stage this time, really love what they’re doing these days. Summerslam was awesome imo
Bruh Attitude Era drew 8 million viewers without social media
Nothing WWE dose now will never eclipse Attitude Era
Well once Raw goes to Netflix, that's the upwards of 84 million potential viewers, sooooo I'm not sure what you're talking about here buddy. Now don't get me wrong, I grew up with the attitude era, it was such a great time, and it's unlikely we will capture that magic again, but you can't deny that WWE is more financially successful and even more popular now than ever
How many people today watch cable TV in the US? Not as much as 25 years ago, TV views is no longer the parameter for success.
Dont forget uk netflix subscribers too
Hunter actually changed the game forever
Hats off to their storywriters man
Creative team is just on fire 🔥
I hope Reed gets a good push. Monday was a great start and I'm happy Seth is down to put him over in that spot Monday night. I'm glad to see H give credit to props to Punk about the schedule he called out. Interesting, I've been saying that if something is true now it was true then.
I haven't watched wwe on a weekly basis for years. I've only watch ples and watched videos to catch up. But in January I'll be watching weekly because I haven't had cable in like ever
The referee came still shot you guys went with is wild 😂
Bring back WWE Opening Intro !!!
Not gonna lie, that thumbnail is lit! 🔥
He's just playing the game how it should be played.
