What a fabulously well-designed vessel. It just goes to show that size is not the most important feature. Good design trumps size. I personally loved the glass hallway through the engine room. Yes a little more difficult for the engineers but manageable. The whole design really showcases the owners lifestyle. Very rare to see the dining room right off the cockpit area. Loved the coffee table / fireplace.
I like the Aquaholic and NautiStyles reviews as much as anyone, but I have to say, I really do appreciate the way you go through these yachts as someone who really has experience working in boats this large, and bigger - you focus on unique stuff, both guest and crew-related, that someone who does not have that sort of experience cannot.
Glad to see you get an inside tour of a superyacht. I would think that all that are for sale would give you a tour because you're clearly an authority in this arena.
Really lovely yacht with a great layout from the guests perspective. Interesting to see she's available for charter. Excellent tour, with lots of interesting background info.
22:54 fire table a great idea. Anti-mosquito device as well. In mosquito parts of the world. Very very helpful. Back in Malta just offshore early evening as the Sun goes down the mosquitoes would be vicious. So a device like that will keep them well away as well as keeping you warm. Nice
Thank you, for a good tour, have been interested in M/Y Resilience since her launch, nice tour of her spaces and features. And yes I would have a waterfall if I could 😍
Definitely lots of brightwork, reflections, and corresponding fingerprints. I worry that any water spilled on such floors could be very slippery. There's not a lot of "warmth" or "coziness" on this yacht, but I prefer this to the Louis Farouk style. The glass sculpture is interesting and would benefit from a having greater variety of jellyfish forms (considering that it is seen by everybody going up and down). Using LEDs to such advantage is commendable especially if they are dimmable. Finally, I hope eSysman gets his yacht or his Porsche or his shower head--reporting on such extravagance requires a strong constitution.
Everyone has different aesthetic preferences for design, and designers will also customize designs according to different customer needs. However, adding mirrors to your yacht can increase the feeling of spaciousness and light inside, while also creating a unique visual effect.
I've already decided that if I find a few million, I'd be pretty happy with something 140-150'! Have to be able to get into more shallow spots to anchor, you know!
A “few” million allows you to charter a yacht for a week or so. But there is an issue that with size yacht and larger you are prohibited from a lot of nice areas. The largest yachts are often docking behind cruise ships and such.
Why not a Waterfall, indeed! Falling water generate Negative Ions which are great for creating the Mood you require. Add the Mood Lighting, Music, some Essential Oil Scents and it's Perfection! Not a single Variable neglected or not carefully thought out and planned. I would be interested in seeing the crew quarters sometime if you could work it in. As usual, another Wonderful, Perfectly Polished Video and your efforts are Greatly Appreciated!
I’m sure you thanked them for allowing you to give us a tour of this yacht. Can’t wait for it to come through my home town here on the Yellowstone River here in Montana. Great Video!!
This is the same yard that built "OKTO", one of my all-time favorite "white boat" yachts. And while I prefer the more modern predominantly black-oriented color scheme of OKTO to the earth tones of this one, their interiors are absolutely exquisite!!! I'd *_love_* to see how they would approach an explorer yacht. This was a great tour! Such a beautiful vessel!
thank you for your effort in showing us this. Unimaginable luxury in a modern setting. I am an experienced sailor and charter skipper but this is all well above my pay grade.
That's an absolutely gorgeous yacht. It's perfect!! Not monsters, gorgeous amenities, and they really packed a ton into that size of yacht. I think it's perfect. I'll take it!
Totally beautiful and so well thought out to make use of the space. If I were chartering it I'd no doubt be fascinated with the engine room, and would hope not to make the crew uncomfortable or feeling like they had to be in 'tip top spiffed out' mode while I frequented that hallway. Someone obviously really prioritizes the beach club, spa, jacuzzi, and even bathroom areas. I'd love to see the artwork. I agree the glass top with the crazing table top is a bit startling, but it does fit in with the overall tone. Almost the same with the jellyfish lights in the stairway. You are so sweet eSysman, about 'people sitting here, but not me'. Again, if I would charter and you were the e Systems and tech person on board, I'd want you to sit out there and explain it all, maybe recommend a movie and stick around to manage the screen and projector. I'm mechanically inclined, but not so much at electronics or modern technology, even my phone does a bunch of features I've never used. Having expensive taste is fine. Quit saying you won't or don't have the means. It's more likely to happen for you if you say one day or when I'm in a position to have my dream bathroom or whatever, a rain forest shower is one of the first things I'm going to put in. 😄🤗 😊 Really looking forward to the bridge video.
15:45 That master cabin is incredibly tasteful. Truly is. I see what you mean about the firewall by the beds of the staff that immediately appear where the people are sleeping, but I would have the doors locked at all time with dingdong access for any staff to come in. Even in the mornings. But I guess it’s down to personal taste. Nobody walking in my bedroom who I don’t want to.
Can't imagine the plumbing and systems required for that waterfall. You've got to get the water from under the pool around to come out of the ceiling. And with enough volume to create the effect. Insane!
Of your videos, the yacht tours are my favourites and what initially drew me to the channel. It's remarkable how much they squeezed into this yacht - whoever did the layout must be a Tetris grand master!
Thank you for the fine tour. Very nice yacht, lots of unusual decor items. Given the mostly contemporary decor, lots of stainless steel, I was surprised (and pleased) by the number of old-fashioned table lamps. They do provide much more pleasing, softer and more pleasant light than overhead lighting. I thought a few of the corridors seemed a little bit narrow. Overall seems like a comfortable, capable yacht.
You did a very nice job of showing off this yacht, thank you. The spiral staircase was interesting with the colored glass balls below and clear glass at the top deck. I wonder why it's not all color ?
You show them very well ! It's a pleasure to watch, thank you for another amazing tour! That crew recollection still has me in stiches !! 🤣 The hand waive: "Okay that's fine" Just imagining her final discourse "Understandable, have a nice day." Really beautiful yacht ⛵ Thanks again, stay awesome !
Definitely an interesting layout with the exposed engine room. I work on a very similar sized ISA yacht (although 10 years old) and the guests can only access the beach club via the main deck.
This is probably the best one I saw with so much stuff it's like a package and done really tastefully, i understand people go for 40 M first and it's 10% per year maintenance cost on this but really this is worth 600k E for a week
I like the windows into the engine room. I do see your point about being on stage while tending to the mechanics. Solution, add a curtain, or drop down shades, that can be activated when needed for patient privacy. Then retracted when the engine is ship shape.
Beautifully made, I enjoyed the tour. One day I'd like to see a tour of a large yacht that is not set up as a hotel/lounge but is instead more aimed at the owner's personal lifestyle. Like more of a live-aboard luxury yacht instead of a hotel. Not that there's anything wrong with a hotel, but there's only so many ways to see 50 couches on a yacht before I start wondering what other interesting uses could be made of some of that space. I suppose people who can afford such things are built different, but I'd be bored stiff after two days, regardless of how many beautifully made lounges there are.
@@YachtReport well, yeah, not literally a hotel, I mean that like a hotel they tend to have a very high proportion of the space allocated to couches and dining tables. Well-designed for how the owners prefer to use them, I have no doubt, but I'd be curious to see some layouts with a little less focus on lounging and more on other interests. I am enjoying your other yacht tours as well! It's unfortunate that the shows don't have the space to let them show off the beach club areas better, those are one of the most excellent features!
Good job Esysman. Beautiful Gobbi style ISA. Please provide the headroom height next time. Just like presenting a home, ceiling height is very important.😊

The glass in the passageway past the engine room should be the type that can turn into frosted glass with a switch. I tried a rain shower head in my old house. Hated it.
Rainfall showers are not all created equally, there are strict flow limits on land. Especially if they are not recirculating. With recirculation you can have much more water because you aren't restricted by building code water flow limits. I agree. I'm glad he is doing tours. He can give us interesting points of view.
