One Cebu Island Sinulog Festival 2023 - Festival Queen Coronation Night - Kiara Liane Wellington

The candidates are lead dancers of different contingents for this year's Sinulog. After their solo and group production of dance performances Kiara Liane Wellington from Talisay City, Philippines, was hailed Sinulog Festival Queen 2023. She also won a number of special awards, namely Best in Opening Production Number, Best Sinulog Festival Costume and Miss Photogenic.
The competition was held in Cebu City Sports Center on Friday night, January 13, 2023.
