+Nalanda Amir J. I think people need to live a little bit than these young girls to understand some kind of feelings... love, Suffer, see people leaving forever ou lives, just after that you can apreciate songs deep in emotion like this. (Sorry for my bad english, Im braziliam)
This song is from 1997. I imagine none of these students were even born yet. Had it been Beiber or Miley Syphilis, I'm sure they would be screaming their heads off.
1996 actually, as it came out in Canada first before the US release. You said it yourself, you can't really blame them. Artists like Beiber or Miley Cyrus are crafted on imagery and showboating their music. Musicians like Chantal Kreviazuk on the other hand are born with upbringing, talent, and dedication. :)
I don't think I've ever seen anyone chew gum while singing before. Great performance despite that. Some of the students don't look thrilled, though. (!!!)
Still one of my favorite songs ever
This Reminds me of my teenage years. Thats when i heard it first. I think the song was written about a friend Chantal lost to Suicide.
Thanks for share, love this song!
I was crying by the end of the song. Those students don't seem to be affected what so ever.

Way too young. Almost inappropriate.
I don't blame them. I don't think they even know the inspiration behind the lyrics.
