Everyone talking about the tackle…. But I’m thinking about why the half back didn’t throw a dummy and blitz through that huge gap at the ruck 🤔.. could fit a B double through that gap! Even Stevie wonder could see that
@@hoanidecleene6513 true… but at the same token, and I don’t mean to be biased.. but if this was in NZ I 100% guarantee a half back of the same age group would’ve taken that gap
That is perfect strike, just be sure to get your head on the right side, a great tackle like that may get you into more trouble then the person being tackled! But truly amazing!
You better be running faster then Usain bolt for when you have the ball because if you don't you better expected you finna get jumped by opposition team
Honestly all the comments saying wrong shoulder are only half right. It’s all a risk for the game. Yes it’s more dangerous, but it’s more risky of the runner getting away when your head behind. Just search up “big rugby hits” and you’ll see even professionals most often hit with the side this kid did. In training it’s bad form, but in game it’s probably going to end up this way.
What a taco and I play rugby. A lot of people been saying wrong shoulder, but if he’s the other shoulder he should be using that shoulder if you know what I mean
he’s definitely right handed because he hit with the wrong shoulder and usually by instinct when that happens it’s because there left or right handed and naturally always want to hit with that side
Love the contact but his head is on the wrong side… he’s gonna get hurt if he comes up against someone bigger than him and he hits Em like that
very true
youll make a good coach...especially for this young island lads...Thanks for the honest advice
Literally was just thinking that and came straight to the comments. Glad this is the top one so people will know!
Ok coach
@@prosperousjoe1767 Maybe he will, but this was blatantly obvious. I really hope the coach told that young kid how wrong his technique was.
Hit is good but heads on wrong side, keep doing that and end up with bad injuries
Ye did almost identical tackle to this at around this age and landed badly
To be honest that’s all he could do really
No pratice both shoulders dont favour one shoulder or you will give them a try or you get a injury
Good intent. Right shoulder probably more comfortable with. Practise with your left and you'll become a great. Nice work pal.
🖕no kicking ryton
Nobody gonna talk about that step tho
That was elegant.
@@Lucky_Z_Danut very nice step but hubris to try and beat the defense on the outside
Should have taken the contact and tried to offload

@@vicem220 thing is they still don’t know how to play rugby properly
@@hoanidecleene6513 I guess that’s the difference between The uk (I assume) and Nz
@@vicem220 I’m from nz 😂 my name it literally Maori
It’s a terrible tackle! Head wrong side. Can seriously hurt himself like that
A good hit but just needs to learn to hit with his other shoulder to keep his head safe.
Oohh!! 😥🙈 very dangerous tackle, for the defender
Anybody would think he got his head the wrong side 🙄 as if nobody has ever done this
Ay
nice hit very strong and fearless
that's a clear example of how not to tackle....
@@Tom-tp1jv nah thats how to get concussed . wrong shoulder
@@andrewsullivan8641 you can tackle with either shoulder wdym

Clearly he doesn’t know what the sport is truly about look at his face he is too scared to get tackled and he just got humbled
He is fast but the tackler is strong
Oh damn
Good tackle but head is on the wrong side. We were all taught the ‘cheek to cheek rule’ as in face cheek to arse cheek
that's the sort of courageous tackle Halfpenny does, which is why he gets concussed. Nice to see everyone else has pointed it out
Average.
DAMMM nice tackle and good ruck format but make sure to look out for more players next time because you never know people could be behind u
The fact that I didn't notice that until all of you said something 😅
nice work but head wrong side keep it up little man
Uhmmmm I’m suprised he didn’t land on his head
It should be below the waist if it's going to be a textbook tackle
Head on the wrong side
It was good contact. But his head was on the wrong side.
Good but one thing wrong shoulder
average kinda over exaggerated
You try
anyone who knows anything about rugby knows it rly isn't a great tackle
It’s a decent tackle but his heads on the wrong side mate. Also it turned the ball over so that’s all that really matters
Bro that was a trash tackle I'm 9 and I play for year 6 and got a meaner tackle
sheesh kaiviti boy ga sa rawata
Lovely tackle 👏 but his head is on the wrong side
Dangerous tackle for the tackler. Head on the wrong side. Change the caption please. You're giving the impression that this is how to tackle
You better be running faster then Usain bolt for when you have the ball because if you don't you better expected you finna get jumped by opposition team
Good hit. Wrong shoulder. Keep tackling with your head in front of the player and you’ll eventually knock yourself out
YAM TIME😂😂😂🎉🎉🎉
This is the problem with social media. You don’t want kids seeing this thinking great tackle at all. That technique gonna get him hurt
Is that sharks?
lol I play for the team that has the player that was tackled I think it was Blake being tackled and he was taken off when he was cryong
His head in the wrong position. Wrong way to tackle. Head should be on the body of ball carrier not under.
I play rugby in real life and its a good impact but head on on the wrong side if he does it again he might get seriously injured
Mean tackle
Wrong head and shoulder. If that kid was bigger, he would be in hospital.
Young men. Bigger balls than useless premier league fake diving soccer players
What a shot
Just gotta work on your tackling form a bit more lil bro, safety first. But all the best!
Technique issue sure but good to see intent though. A lot of kids that age just grasp with hands.
That's more a teaching vidio of how not to tackle .you guys should know better
He got his head the wrong side in the Tackle.
Taranaki bulls did that to hawkes bay magpies and that made the magpies lose by 3…
that was a good tackle but also dangerous
He's the future Courtney Lawes
Good shit lil Man I believe in you 🎉
Head on wrong side 💀 but he’s still young happens sometimes
Do that to a prop and ya heads coming off wrong shoulder but good hit regardless
Lol wat was that that is a small tackel watch biggest rugby hits in south Africa
Je ne sais pas quel poste, il joue.Mais je dis toujours à mes enfants, de couvrir intérieur. C'est là que tu découpe le plus. ❤
Mate his is going to make it to rugby maybe for the panthers yes sir go the panthers
Huge gap scrum half could have cut in
Head on the rong side but great tackle
Is that guy asain because I'm asain and I play rugby 🏉 🥶🥶
The woman in the background tho
Too high might be just under the limit, and the wrong shoulder
Amazing tackle but he needs to put his head behind not in front
Why they all so skinny isn’t it rugby?
Good tackle tho
They're kids. Where you live are they all monsters?
Very good tackle but the hill made it very danherous
That step 🎉
That was a bad because it was a high tackle and l can tackle better
I mean his head was in the wrong side but still an insane tackle

He just needs to work on that drifting
Well, keep doing that, you bust your head, lol
...Yeah maybe try not to put your head there mate... lol
The game is that soft now he would get a red card for it
What a taco and I play rugby. A lot of people been saying wrong shoulder, but if he’s the other shoulder he should be using that shoulder if you know what I mean
Well done young man
He will really hurt himself if he tackles like that. He did it because he is too weak on his left.
Yes, finaly union its way better then league
he’s definitely right handed because he hit with the wrong shoulder and usually by instinct when that happens it’s because there left or right handed and naturally always want to hit with that side
Why did he not just kick the ball and chase
Gotta get that cheek to cheek
Nine could have done a great snipe then
Got to love our community all helping the younger lot out but when it comes to going against each other we are completely different 😂
Try to tackle me I will ride back up
is the blue team racing rugby????
That kid needs to take the contact and offload instead of trying to step around the outside of 2 guys
Bro speared him
He’s probably a football player to
He has hit with the wrong shoulder
Trinity scholl
Your head in the wrong spot!
That counter ruck was pathetic
Good tackle poor technique
His head was on the right side, but the tackle was just a little to high.
Wrong side buddy this ain’t football
His head was on the wrong side -- unless you like suffering a concussion.
His head was actually on the wrong side
One reason why you should never run along the sideline especially that close
The touchline is like an extra defender. Show them the outside every time.
Head in the wrong spot mate
Calm down ryan pepenhousen
Coaches getting it wrong.....
SHOTS ON!!!!
Nice one
