    How can you give a solution like this? reset the camera or add a device again. That is not a solution, my camera runs next to a wifi booster and 2 or 3 times a week its lose connection en gives an alarm that the camera is offline, the problems solves automaticly after 1 or 2 hours sometimes longer but i guess im not the only one with this problem, please renew or update the wifi services within the camera to solve the stability of the software.

      I have a problem like this, when the device is off, it cant connect again. Must reset the device.

    This happens every time there’s a power outage (which happens often where I live) it’s so annoying doing this every single time. It’s not worth the money or time wasted.

      Agree. Mine also. Very annoying especially when your not at home
      Update: after contacting CS, for a certain time they released new firmware
      And it was resolved.

    Surely you can develop a way to reset it remotely. It's useless if you are out and have to physically return to the unit to reset it. Can you not fix it so it can be reset remotely??Flawed design if that is the case

    But I am lots of Km away from the ezviz camera. Every time I have a power outage, device gets offline, and I need to drive to the camera to setup again. This is very disappointing.

      Maybe your device too far away from wifi connection

      Barely 7 metres from camera to access point. When setup is complete, the camera works perfect, with no issues, no frame dropping, no disconnections. It is just that when there's a power outage, it is not able to reconnect and requires reset.

      Maybe you need to reboot your modem router, and unplug power then plug again your device camera

      @@hikconnect maybe you guys should take this problem seriously instead of givin this kinda shit advice, there is definitly a connection issue within the software of the camera or the drivers, people have boosters or place the cam very close to a router, thats not the issue. please take the problem seriously and earn our respect.

    Lots of error with no solution at all , waste of money , every time is disconnected , showing poor network even after good brodband speed , error 245405 , error when use pan and tilt function

    Ok, I'm doing this "Wired" rather than Wireless.
    Have a question.
    I have changed ISP - so the router box I plug the ethernet cables into has changed.
    Am unable to get my Netgear Powerline set up that works fine with my old ISP to work with my new ISP router.
    Do I need to reset the Powerline adaptors?
    For the Ezviz plug n play outdoor cameras changing the ethernet cables to more heavy duty ones solved my problems with two cameras, but I am unable to get the ones that rely on an internet signal being sent through the "power line" to be found,recognised,and show a picture. They show as offline.
    Any thoughts please?

      Delete your ezviz from the account, then factory default your ezviz and all your network equipment, then you can add again to the account

    มีวิธีลบแอคเค้าเดิมในกล้อง ezviz ez360 ไหมครับ เคยลงทะเบียนเบอร์ไว้ แต่ไม่ใช้เบอร์นั้นแล้ว จะกลับมาใช้ใหม่ ใช่ แอพของคุณไปไม่ขึ้นคำสั่ลบแอคเค้าเดิมครับ

    Más fácil, entras en el celular a "Forzar detención" después le das en "Información de la aplicación > Almacenamiento y caché > Borrar memoria cache" y vuelves a iniciar la aplicación.

    Bro i have been using ezviz with hikvison 4 camera dvr setup for years. But now suddenly account logged out. I had account with mobile number, lets say A. Now when i try to login in A it says account doesn't exist. And when i login from another account B and setup, it shows camera added to A.
    What to do????? Pls help. How can i login A, or add cameras in B

      When you add your device will Show the device bind the the another account. Are you know whose the account? If you know, you can try login to the account then click forgot Password

      I think your micro sd was broken. Make sure you use micro SD especially for cctv, like Sandisk Max Endurance

    1.in General setting》wifi signal》showing failed to connect to server

      Make sure your Internet connection is stable, the wifi connection is strength, and make sure your Internet provider not Block access cctv to cloud

    I’ve found FiX!!! I had the Same issue!! WiFi 2.4GHz wasn’t connecting !! To fix it, I had to connect via LAN ethernet cable 1st Update Firmware to latest version and then After restart. It Finally Worked!!!!!😅

      If another Gmail is your account, Just login into the account then delete the device, then you can add to the new account.
