On today's music review we check out the new album Veritas by the Nu Metal band, P.O.D. 6.8/10 Favorite Songs: Lies We Tell Ourselves, Dead Right, Breaking LeastFavorite: Bow Down, This Is My Life, We Are One
P.O.D makes every album feel and sound completely different that another reason why they are the Greatest Nu Metal band of all times. Feel free to review whatever you wish.
Everyone has their own opinion, but for me after When Angels & Serpents Dance the band hasn't released anything else that I'm interested in until circles
Album would have hit harder if they didn't release all those singles months ahead of time. Lay Me Down is my favorite. I hope they release a video for it. I would also say about 7 out of 10. Its pronounced VERI-TOSS, btw, as in Truth.
@@AmongTheFence I was in a band called Elderstaar back in the early 2000’s and we got to play a show with P.O.D. In Spokane Washington! This album brought me back to those days. I love this album it’s definitely on repeat!!!
@@jeremyrice1942 that's pretty legit. Do you remember a band called East West? I got a chance to jam a few times with their bassist amd he had a bunch of P.O.D stories from shows
Thank you so much for watching!! What did you think of Veritas and what should I review next?!
Like dude I don't care

Really like it. Only qualm is that it’s too short. Needed a couple of more songs. Some real bangers on it tho.
The best album they've had in years
Agreed!
I'm really enjoying this album. Playing to their strengths!
Veritas is a solid record from the band. Enjoyed your review! 🎶
Thank you!
Lay me down and the lies we tell ourselves.
Yeah I will talk this album this week with the panel. I interviewed Jack Owen and he kind of admitted that the 2020 album was not good 😂
Sometimes they just release musoc just to get their name out there and I think that's what happened in 2020 lol
P.O.D didn't needed no Media just like Nirvana. The people in San Diego loved them and that's how the rest of the nation drew more attention to them

Yeah circles was kinda rough for me

Intro girl says “vuh-ree-tahs”!
@@dustin6528 you mean in spanish? lol
Waddahell that's not Tenacious D - P.O.D. (The Pick of Destiny) :(
It's not nearly as good either lol
Just a heads up but the word Veritas is pronounced “Ver-Eh-Toss” not “Ver-Ree-Tuss”
Yeah, I figured that out after the video was up lol
I was thinking the same🤦🏻♂️🤣
Randy Blythe did not do anything for that crap song. Album is mediocre
It's weird out there.
Bro it started with “Brown”! You youngsters know nothing
It's funny cuz nowadays I actually like Brown a lot more than Satellite. I also appreciate you calling me a youngster haha
