      Review their "Oath" if you don't believe me ... and maybe it would be a good idea to remind yourself exactly who the fake politicians [politics is about "governing" and liars misgovern] that you voted for make themselves subservient to before they are permitted to take up posts in the anti-Christian con-gang that is currently milking you like a cash cow.

      Correct. Ash provided them with reasonable grounds to suspect that assault has been committed; thus, they should have exercised powers of arrest under Section 24(5) of the Police And Criminal Evidence Act 1984, in order to allow the prompt and effective investigation of the offence.
      Instead, she walked away leaving 4 violent men out in public where they can continue to present a threat to members of the public.

    Let the actors act.

    The absolute cheek of them saying "you're not allowed to do that" while they physically assault a member of the public while standing in public. So there is a guy standing there with a camera, so what!

    What chance of them pursuing the assault charge correctly. They don't even want to identity themselves properly. Terrible attitude on both of them. Seemingly it's your fault for interrupting them by staying completely quiet.

    And yvette cooper wonders why respect for the police has been lost, she should watch this, it may give her some idea. Had they said you'd assaulted them you would've had your wrists cuffed at the back and dragged away and not given the sticking attitudes you'd received

    The police will even have the original call recorded where the podgy gentleman from the recycling yard said “ if you don’t come soon he’s going to get hurt !!!
    With Ash’s statement and the video I’m hopeful that Neal will end up in court and maybe finally learn that Photography Is Not A Crime !!!

  • @Acconda
    @Acconda 5 หลายเดือนก่อน +4

    Granted they should not have reacted that way, they could have just locked the gate and waited until you got bored of not getting a reaction . However I also don’t understand why someone would just go around doing this with a camera.

    Firstly, what complete and utter thugs the staff were. Secondly the police were appalling! The attitude stunk and they should have arrested certain individuals for assault and theft of your bike! They failed to carry out their duties properly. If you had taken one of their bikes, the police would've had you in cuffs before you could blink. I can see a mass audit coming here in the near future, this won't look good for some of the companies involved.

      On the public pavement, it should be safely, it was mildly blocking the pavement, but I've seen worse. You don't expect people to try to walk off with it on camera, and as for the t££t with the t££t I thought she was the sensible one , then she just turned, showing off for the boys huh!? Strip? Yeah ,when I'm decorating next she can come round and get busy on my wallpaper , daft bat..
