In this video, we show how the stainless steel three-piece ball valve is processed.Three-piece ball valve is a quarter-turn valve. It has four parts: valve body, the ball,seal and stem. The ball with a hole sits in the center of the valve body while the stem connects with a handle or pneumatic actuator. The stem can control the ball with a hole to turn 90deg so that it realizes the open and close control of the flow. The main craft of making the valve body is casting. Then we connect three piece of valve body by bolt and PTFE seal. A pressure test is required when goods are finished.
The three-piece ball valve is widely used for food, milk, beer, water , beverage applications .
