I had NO IDEA this man voiced SO MANY of my FAVORITE cartoons! He is AMAZING!! THANK YOU, MICHAEL! You have been a VERY IMPORTANT person throughout my childhood AND adulthood! Your voice has carried so many if us through good and bad times! Cartoons are way more important than many know or understand. For a lot of us, cartoons are therapy! They allow us a mental escape from this life's hardships by providing examples of strength and perseverance. Humility and integrity are also excellent principles demonstrated through cartoons. Superheros and cartoons provided these examples for me, when I didn't have adults to do so. I know I'm not the only one! Actors like Michael bring these characters to life, leaving them in our memories to draw upon when needed. I am so grateful for this! I learned SO MUCH!!

Every time I comeback to this video I'm reminded that I keep getting reminded that Kevin Michael Richardson is really good at sounding like Keith David. Like Tombstone sounds nearly identical to how Keith David sounds.
I remember playing Baldur's Gate I and II (and Icewind Dale) back in the day and thinking, "This guy has a really cool voice". Now whenever I hear his voice I think of those games.
i thought the voice himself as double T, kevin would make a great radio jock! I thought him and another fav of mine, Cree Summer would make great voices for radio imaging and/or jocks themselves!
so that means he's some how not the voice of that one character from a certain coco puffs commercial that was on nick.com that looked like it would be awesome if had a series? or did they just forget that character he voiced or something?
It still kind of is to me. Kamek did seem like a good fit for him (especially given that he has a pretty good upper voice range), but given that his basso profundo is much more well known and utilized more often (and even though he’s voiced a shit ton of characters with deep voices, whether intimidating or comical) I couldn’t picture any Mario character more perfect for him than Bowser, and I still can’t. Thankfully, we got not only his upper voice range, but a voice that matches Kamek’s character, and not a bassy voice for the use of the small guy deep voice trope, and because of this, I am more than excited to hear more of it.
People are impressed by his voice, but I'm more impressed by the absolute range of the characters he's voiced. He's been the most wholesome people you could imagine and the most vulgar you can imagine, he's been the dumbest big lugs you can find and intelligent refined individuals, he's been pillars of justice and absolute criminal degenerates. Odds are you can name more than one of each from this video alone.
