- Karen Read murder trial witness Jennifer McCabe faced tough questioning from the defense about Google searches on her phone. McCabe testified that Read asked her to search how long it would take for someone to die in the cold after they found John O'Keefe's body in the snow. McCabe was questioned by both defense attorney Alan Jackson and prosecutor Adam Lally on Wednesday.
These cops have clearly got away with things in the past.. They believe they are untouchable
It's scary to think how many other people these police officers framed and hurt.

LE and the judicial systems in some areas are very much like a club, they will look out for one another with total disregard for the law. It will be very difficult to beat them.
In a real court, no judge will allow anything but yes or no answers, unless the attorney asks the witness to expand or explain something.
This woman seems like she has a major problem with the truth. She gives off major "my husbands a cop i want to speak with the manager" karen vibes. She's making it look like she has told so many lies that she can't remember what lies she's told to who and where she's told them so she keeps wanting to see what the defense lawyer has so she can remember her lies. If she was being truthful and testifying from memory it would be a lot easier to answer the questions.

Plus did you pay attention to John O'Keefe's injuries, all above the shoulder and deep puncture wounds on his arm. No lower body injuries or bruising. Typical injuries found when hit by a car involves hip, pelvic, femur and knee injuries.

You HAVE to ask them if they want to object. If whatever it is has not been entered into evidence yet or the jury has not seen the specific document etc the judge HAS to ask if the opposing side would like to object.
She definitely deleted those searches. There is no way around that. Also, she has not shed one tear for her friend John. She’s being nothing but lying.

Before the trial started the defense asked her to recuse herself and she refused. The defense then demanded she recuse herself and again Judge Aunty Bev refused. I don't think Karen will be found guilty, but if she is, this here is good grounds for a new trial.
