These songs are like legit music videos. They’re going to need a soundtrack for each season they make .
Too many things to love about this: Chris Redd never misses when it comes to musical skits. I also LOVE how you can hear the "Mask Off" flute right after they mention it. And Timothee and Pete being together with Cudi while also being two of his biggest fans is such a full circle moment.
I really hope Timothee becomes one of the celebrities they just randomly have show up in sketches

Samberg, Lonely Island & the writers of the show are merely the conduit by which those old school influences were delivered.
@@augusts1 Andy never added much to the show besides these occasional videos and I'm not sure who was really the creative force behind them since he had a partner.
Weird Al is actually who started to make this kind of stuff popular. Either way, Stu is way funnier than anything Lonely Island ever did, and I actually really enjoyed them.
My favorite part of this video are the facial expressions of kid Cudi. He's looking like he's having so much fun.

Begin music nerd. If you look carefully, he throws a pile of recorders. Which, though, technically they are flute-family instruments, recorders are a lot sturdier than the side-blown flutes. Small recorders usually have no moving parts and are made of wood or plastic and won't be messed up by an average fall, whereas side-blown flutes have a lot of moving parts and are generally heavier and made of metal and can be badly dinged from a drop. No to mention, your average side-blown flute is way more expensive than your average recorder. End music nerd.
