I also always wonder who I am outside of my kids, I'm also a single mum of two girls and the dynamics are the same, I've decided to be intentional about the time I spend on my own without them, I've decided I need to go out more and see other adults - during the day for a few hours then come home. At the end of the day, we can't pour from empty cups, we have to be full in order to give our best. So, that's how I'm going to do things, without feeling guilty. I think I have given my all to my kids and continue the best I can for them. Thanks for the great content mama bear.

All I do is cry and release all the pain I endured during my 'mbokodo' years.
