The guy Gordon talking to who’s eating owns his own amazing bbq place in Texas u know snows is good when he eats that food everyday and still goes there
It's a tradition that's dieing out, it's something I always greet my elders with, or else I'll probably be slapped. But it's still nice to see it happening
Funny you say it like that. Had a friend who worked in the states for a few years and he always said that Texas was a country all on its own. They just had a different vibe. Homegrown, hardworking and proud. It's also the place he felt most welcome. The 'liberal' states always commented on his ethnicity and him being foreign. But in the south in general, if you worked hard and you were well mannered, you were welcome at any table. I'd like to visit someday
If you enjoyed this, I highly recommend the Chef's Table: BBQ episode about Ms Tootsie. She's been through and awful lot of hardship and is an amazingly strong and positive person. She'll break your heart and put it back together again.
I can say it’s the best and not just because of the food but the love the people share over some good ole Texas bbq it’s like one big family I’ve been there twice already when I go on vacation
Always waiting for the uploads!😊👍 i super like those trio.🙂 so funny and also teaching us what their cooking.🙂 #Philippines hoping that they will go live and answer some question from us.🙃😁 #GordonGinoFred
Is there seriously no one in the comments going to comment on the fact that was the third generation owner of Louis Mueller bbq in Taylor, Texas, sitting behind Gordon who he asked how the food was. lulz
America always have the best bbq in the world. The secret is the marinated, the meat & the wood & the pit. Wish Aussie has it, sadly just bored meat on grill.
They made zero effort when it came to city naming. They've copied every single British name and added a 'New' prefix to most. Plenty of Indian cities and now we see a Palestine too haha
I have enormous respect for Tootsie. May She be well as long as possible.
Healthier than me

I've been to Snow's BBQ only a single time in my life, and yet I can say for certain that their brisket is by far the best I've had in my life.
That woman is incredible! What a hard working person and the real deal. Incredible
Gordon's dry, sarcastic humor is amazing. LOL
nice to see world class chefs humbled by a nic bbq. Nice to see world class chefs appreciate simple basic but yet elevated cooking!

I’d absolutely love to eat there. Having been to Texas, I have to say, I love them. They’re not Americans, they’re Texans.
That might be why a lot of Americans are moving there.

2:17 I could be wrong, but is that not the proprietor of an equally famous Texas BBQ institution? Wayne Mueller of Louie Mueller Barbecue?
Pitmaster sounds so bad ass for a position in a restaurant. Love it.
Dear old woman she is unbelievable. Uses three are the best laugh ever
When Gordon walks into the house of a Master like Tootsie he shows his respect.

Best BBQ in the world...Soooo what's the secret, how do you flavour it?....Salt and pepper lol
It is funny😂, but as one of the dudes said, instead of having good quality meat, they marinates evrything up at his country.
"Hey yo" 😂
So true tho less marinade and the right wood and coal with salt and pepper is all you need
Tootsie is rightfully known as legend.
Mental note: water, onion, butter, mustard Worcester sauce and vinegar = steak juice
