Can totally see why you all have your Thanksgiving early to try and get as much family for the day as possible. Shelly and Jared you both looked so casual chic. Blessings.
With your leftovers you can make a shepherds pie. My friend does it and just layers the leftovers ending with some sort of mashed potatoes. I use the left overs to make my regular shepherds pie with is ground beet seasoned, canned French style green beans, mashed potatoes and melted cheese. Warm and yummy for winter nights.
Thanks giving is family time and the food comes along with the gathering u guys have a big family and so this comes so easy for u... I'm sure it will be great... have fun enjoy and make memories lovevur family ❤❤❤
I agree with Lacey, Costco stresses me out too! It’s really busy and crazy there. I like watching these Costco trips. I like watching people go shopping. 😂
Lacey and Bex are just the absolute cutest!! Shelly and Jared you guys look like Sandra Dee and Danny Zuko from Grease with the black outfits haha but Shelly’s hair really sealed the deal 😏
I love watching your family! I started watching when you lived in St Johns. I really miss seeing all the kids. Your family is so fresh to watch the real! Thank you for doing daily vlogs again.
We do steak and potatoes for Thanksgiving with just my daughter and my parents. Then the weekend after we usually do a full family get together with my siblings and their spouses and kids where we do charcuterie style appetizers and soups or pot pies. Then for Christmas we do a turkey and my dad makes homemade noodles to go with the leftover turkey.
Honestly Bishop same, the only thing different from a regular Sunday meal and thanksgiving is we fry the turkey, but soul food/ thanksgiving food is just a normal part of black culture
In my family (european, caucasian) monday- sunday meals are all the same 😂 And to be honest Christmas lunch is starting to be not that special as well (it s expensive) and we sometimes we don t even have dinner
@ it definitely is expensive!! I guess I should have clarified we eat through out the week, but it’s like Sunday is usually a big meal like thanksgiving.
My daughter in laws family do it on Friday after Thanksgiving so that is great. We do every other year woth my husband's family and the off years we do one just for our family .
Thanksgiving dinner as a PuertoRican- Arroz con gandules (rice with pigeon peas?), turkey, and sometimes either ham or pork, potato salad, yams, macarroni salad? (Trying to translate the usual food we eat is not working 😂), flan (vanilla custard), and maybe someone shows up with a pie but is not common.
Turkey ham, cornbread dressing, rice dressing, yams, green bean casserole, no mashed potatoes with Cajun down here, rolls, deviled eggs, and anything else you can think of from Louisiana and spicy
Hi Crazy Middles from Kentucky Lacey your sandals are so cute You all are not boring! Lacey I agree with you Thanksgiving leftovers are the best Bexley is so adorable
I was going to say Brinley could have fixed the pants before Lacey ripped them for second time lol. Bexley is Beautiful,I love ham turkey . Love Mac and cheese made from scratch . Love Costco but don’t drive so can’t get there . Hi from Australia 🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺
Hello crazy Middle's thank you for sharing another amazing video Bex is so cute your family is amazing and wonderful I had a really hard day tomorrow I have to start chemo again since my cancer is back you made me smile and made my day better thank you ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
I heard of family do party around valentine’s Day called I Love you day there have big meal, play games do secret Santa gift exchange - sibling do I love you day instead of Christmas. I think it’s great idea n there say anyone’s welcome at Christmas but no pressure It takes stress off ur older kids xx
I let my 4 yr old granddaughter pick what we are having for Thanks-Giving dinner (we do the day after, so the day of my daughter n law can spend the whole day with her family) But we are having the Just Bare chicken nuggets, Tator tots, mac & cheese and with a wide variety of desserts. I like to let my granddaughter pick whats for dinner, I like her to know she has a voice too.
I get overwhelmed by the people at the grocery store too. No one wants to wait ten seconds so they're always pushing against you and leaning over you to get to a shelf. It's a lot!! Lol I usually get myself a treat too for hanging in there and getting it done.
My family always wants my homemade cranberry relish . It’s ground up cranberries ground up, orange and apple and just add sugar to taste.. We love it.❤
I can't stand Cranberry Sauce but I love Sweet Potatoes, although unless my husband requests it I don't make them with Marshmallows. I make them with a little bit of brown sugar. My Thanksgiving and Christmas Dinners ALWAYS consist of Turkey (Thanksgiving), Ham (Christmas), Sweet Potatoes, Macaroni Salad, Potato Salad, Deviled Eggs, Dinner Rolls, some kind of veggie and a dessert of some kind as well. I can't stand Green Bean Casserole either. Although I will say that I prefer all of the sides to the meat too. I could make a meal just out of all of the sides.
Bexley holds the pen so well. Get her starting to write her name. The best way to start children is using gross motor skills, so big chalks, big letters, outside on tarmac or paving stones. Lots of love to you all Celebrating your Thanksgiving over the pond. Jen 🇬🇧 ❤
What??!! Homemade whole cranberry sauce is amazing! Mashed sweet potatoes with marshmallows are sooo yummy, but so is mashed sweet potatoes with pear purée
Another nice family vlog. Lacey seems to have the time of her life moving back in with Bex with her parents. I don't think she can find fresh peaches in November, even in Arizona? You looked very casual chic for the event Shelly and Jared. Happy thanksgiving, has your tree many leaves?
Hi Crazy Middles, It's always good to see you. I love green bean casserole and sweet potatoes with marsh mellows, Dressing. I could do without Mac and cheese. My doctor told me they have loaded bake potatoe bar for Thanksgiving which would be fine with me. I also love cranberries. I from the Midwest when I lived in CA my husband's family were too cool for my type of food. Lol
I'm with you, Kelli. I am making a Pumpkin and an apple pie. We are having a dessert night only at our house. Everyone is bringing a dessert. Because everyone will be away, I am fixing a lovely Tortellini Soup for myself and my husband. That and the desserts will be it this year. Tortellini Soup (Triple this recipe for a bunch!) 2 cups cooked and cubed chicken, (4 cups if you increase recipe) 1 pkg of 5 cheese tortellini, (Cook by directions on package) (2 Family size for more people) 3 cups chicken broth, 1 Tablespoon butter, 6 cloves of garlic-- thinly sliced, 1/4 cup good white wine 3 cups baby spinach 1 tomato, diced small Parmesan cheese grated Place the butter in a large saucepan, melt it and add the sliced garlic and cook for 1 minute. Add wine and cook for 3 minutes. Add broth (heat to steaming) add cooked chicken and tortellini. When it is steamy hot, add the spinach. Let it welt. Add diced tomato. Place in serving bowls. Top with grated Parmesan cheese to taste. Simple and good.
We do our immediate family thanksgiving the day after for that same reason. My sisters go to their in laws, me and my other sister who isn’t married do our own thing or we get invited to one of the in laws bc we’re family friends with them as well
Shelly you look amazing you did great 👍. We dont celebrate thanksgiving in ireland but on Sundays families usually have a Sunday roast, either chicken, ham beef or lamb them potatoes usually roast and mash if having beef then Yorkshire puddings always veg, parsnips, carrots, turnip, peas, sweetcorn or corn on the cob and gravy. Then Christmas Dinner is usually turkey and ham with all the stuff I just mentioned but also croquettes (my favourite) I have a large family too and our mom lives 2hrs away but my siblings and I live in Dublin so we all gather in my sisters house for pre Christmas exchange gifts that way on Christmas day we all do our own thing going to inlaws and stuff or just staying home and kids playing with their new stuff. In my house we don't like turkey it's just too big there is only 4 of us and I've never liked it I find it dry so we do chicken and ham, roast potato's, carrots, corn on the cob, peas, croquettes and gravy but being Irish we love butter, I always put butter on my corn on the cob and kerry gold is THEEEEEE top butter here it's the ONE and ONLY for real butter so enjoy it it's amazing ❤❤❤
That butter is so good! I think its better then name brand butter. the plastic tub of that butter is so good too its whipped soft butter. I love Lacey and Aubreys sister bond! they are so a like especially since they have an age gap!
It seems funny to me that mashed potato is a special dish for you guys, as us Brits have it almost every day as a standard dish as part of our our meal

In the UK, we call that a cottage pie because of the beef. If it’s made with lamb - then we call it shepards. Is it the same for USA? ☺️
Enjoying the everyday vlogs. Life is truly great when you can just sit back and enjoy it. Thank yall for sharing the journey! ❤
I absolutely love this kind of vlog. Just where your family is doing everyday normal things. Love the CM’s ❤
Thanks giving is family time and the food comes along with the gathering u guys have a big family and so this comes so easy for u... I'm sure it will be great... have fun enjoy and make memories lovevur family ❤❤❤
Love thanksgiving food.
Turkey and ham, stuffing, gravy and mashed potatoes, green bean casserole, corn casserole, sweet potato with marshmallows, cranberry sauce, deviled eggs, veggie tray rolls, pie. Typical Midwest thanksgiving meal.
I agree with Lacey, Costco stresses me out too!
It’s really busy and crazy there.
I like watching these Costco trips. I like watching people go shopping. 😂

Kerrygold butter is delicious. Once we tried it, we never looked back!

Made me laugh that you took the hole note book with you’re shopping list on, as opposed to taking just the one sheet lol😂
I made my rolls for Thanksgiving today & putting in the freezer until Thursday then just reheat.
Bexley is like what's going on with mommy jeans 👖 😳
rolls with butter, thats all i need, then pumpkin pie.
Cranberry sauce from scratch is the best. I'm trying a spiced recipe this year.
The Costco brand green butter is the best
Kerrygold =Delish! we are living in Ireland (bought it in the states but) eat it all the time here. Looking good Shelly & Jared!
I made chicken parm. last year for Thanksgiving.. Have a wonderful Thanksgiving Crazy family, no matter what you eat, enjoy❤❤❤
Tortellini Soup (Triple this recipe for a bunch!)
2 cups cooked and cubed chicken, (4 cups if you increase recipe)
1 pkg of 5 cheese tortellini, (Cook by directions on package) (2 Family size for more people)
3 cups chicken broth,
1 Tablespoon butter,
6 cloves of garlic-- thinly sliced,
1/4 cup good white wine
3 cups baby spinach
1 tomato, diced small
Parmesan cheese grated
Place the butter in a large saucepan, melt it and add the sliced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
Sounds soo good. Bet swapping the chicken for turkey 🤗😋😋
We do our immediate family thanksgiving the day after for that same reason. My sisters go to their in laws, me and my other sister who isn’t married do our own thing or we get invited to one of the in laws bc we’re family friends with them as well
Oh bishops sounds so good
Maybe you need a counter top toaster oven for extra oven space.. ?
Kelly Gold is the only butter we use for holiday baking
One of the kids need to buy Jared pins with his name on them for Christmas
Green Bean Casserole is Yummy!
We do prime rib, corn, mashed potatoes and gravy, rolls and lots of pie
You can make the Jalapeño Poppers on the grill on medium heat or in an air fryer... 👍😊
OMG Addison, you're so young in the Crazy memory 😂
Jared and Shelley - you both dressed perfect for that event 😊
Hugs from Pam we love you all Happy Thanksgiving to everybody 💕💕💕💕💕😮
No dressing and gravy? Thanksgiving is more about being thankful for family and friends then what you put on your plate! Enjoy 😊
Shelly you look amazing you did great 👍. Nailed the "casual chic" look!
The easiest cobbler is can of peaches one cup of milk one cup of sugar one cup of flour ( all purpose ) ❤
30 mins at 350 sorry
That is the best butter ever!!!!!
Add sauerkraut here in the Baltimore area we have a lot of German immigrants. Stuffing is a mus!
We do green beans with garlic and soy sauce.
That butter is so good! I think its better then name brand butter. the plastic tub of that butter is so good too its whipped soft butter. I love Lacey and Aubreys sister bond! they are so a like especially since they have an age gap!
I know! The whipped butter is amazing!
Not sure if it’s been suggested yet but why not do the poppers in an air fryer? Love mine in the air fryer ❤
I agree with you Jared, I prefer 1 fruit cobblers.
Shelly and Jarrod, you look great. Very casual sheik. 😊❤
You’re so sweet! Thank you! 😊
I’m with Kylie on Thanksgiving food.
It seems funny to me that mashed potato is a special dish for you guys, as us Brits have it almost every day as a standard dish as part of our our meal
I live in New England and we gave mashed potatoes all the time as well. Most everyone up here do.
Same in New Zealand
Same in Australia!!! But then again we would never have donuts for breakfast either (no shade. Crazy middles lol)
I live in the USA and mashed potatoes are common woth a lot of meals especially in the south..
Mashed potatoes are a very common dish in most American homes also. They’re a requirement for Thanksgiving though.
Do you guys like corn you should make corn pudding it is a big hit at our thanksgiving
You can cook jalapeno poppers in the air fryer if you have one.
I also don’t care for thanksgiving food either Kylie! Right there with ya! ❤
Hope You Had A Good Night 🎅🎅🎅
