They also must have watched Troopers, the Star Wars Cops parody. They were making all sorts of great references. They had a heard of nerd dads following them around by mid day.

This will probably never happen. Disney is too up the ass about "negative marketing" at least negative within their terms. And creating a sith academy would fit under that criteria. I doubt parents (at least the ones who aren't major Star Wars fans) probably wouldn't take this idea too kindly since it would be promoting "bad behavior." Which is stupid and unfortunate.

I remember being at one of these and wondering "where do the ones that choose the dark side go?" and then none of them did. So then I figured to myself...some kid has to have done this, and found this video immediately. Made my day. Possibly my life.
The kneel is just too perfect, I laugh my ass of every time. Slow, reverent, the head bow at the same time... better than lots of children in movies than I've seen, and she's just a regular kid :)

Haha this is great, but the way the actors handled it could have been better. I think if Vader knighted her or whatever he's supposed to do, and THEN they said "OK now go to the Sith academy", or "now you must fight me!" would have been better. in my opinion they didn't treat her good enough, but it's understandable because they would have to improvise, something they probably rarely/never do (which is unfortunate).
Wow, you don't think I know that? You'd just bring it close to them or something. Plus it's not a real lightsaber, so it could touch her in this case (although I'd agree that it'd be breaking the act in doing so)
Also, Wookiepedia specifically even mentions that they do exactly what I said:

He probably couldn't play it off very well because all of Vaders dialog is scripted in an audio recording. They should probably write a separate script for when this happens lol.

Star Wars needs to LEGIT write a storyline to this.
Unfortunately, it might not happen because of Rogue One. If you're somewhat familiar with the books, there was a character named Juno Eclipse who was the daughter of a very respected Empire officer. She was being groomed to take his place when he retired. I can't help but wonder if Jyn Erso was based on her as there are a lot of similarities. This probably kills any chances of a movie featuring Juno.
This still makes me smile when I see it.

I must admit after watching all 5 seasons of The Clone Wars + the movies I can see the attraction to the power of the dark side. The dogma of the Jedi denies too many aspects of our emotional nature. All that time to master the force yet you remain unattached with no real intimacy to one unless it's in secret. The Jedi created Darth Vader. In our world he's just a child soldier with an AK47 striking back at the world that killed his village. The Jedi snatched him away leaving his mother in bondage and stuck him in the academy. Imo that just left a huge crater in his psyche for Lord Sidiuos to exploit. Anakin didn't need Jedi training he needed therapy. This is just an opinion so hardcore fans don't get too rowdy if I'm incorrect. I'm just a novice on the Star Wars universe.
The Jedi are really evil. They're just the over pompous and pious military extension of the Republic . That whole "we're just keepers of the peace" is just a cloak for extending the reach of the Republic's capital gains through trade and influence; it's not because the jedi are that down with the force. They comb the universe for gifted children then indoctrinate them into a way of life as republic super soldiers. Sadly these force sensitive children never had the opportunity to enrich their own home worlds. The Removal of the best and the brightest is just a sneaky way of stunting the spiritual growth of those planets. How could the Jedi claim to be noble and upright when leading beings to war who've had their freewill genetically altered(clones)? The force doesn't have balance because the jedi don't have balance. Their scale is tipped by religious ignorance ,ego and bureaucracy so that's why they remain blind. If the Holy Order of the Jedi was independent much bloodshed would've been spared I think.

Imagine all the post traumatic stress and survivor's guilt Anakin had while growing up in the temple. Imagine the years of listening to the Jedi order go on and on about the force this and that while his people are suffering. Imagine all the years of listening to the bureaucrats bicker about trade and no one mentions Tatooine because it's off any trade route and/or it doesn't have a sought after abundant resource . Imagine the day Anakin realized that the only reason that he was 'freed' is because he was force sensitive. Surely that would make him hate the Jedi when he realized that he lost one master for another. Sorry for being long winded. Got carried away. lol

And the Jedi don't go around stealing children, the parents give u p force sensitive children usually willingly, because the Jedi would offer a much better life and comfort than the parents usually could, and they are not forced to remain a jedi, if they wish, they can go home.
Sure it's a public capitulation to evilness but it's also kind of adorable.
Between prequel-style jedi, and original-style vader we might all do the same. Sure you might get choked, or blown up in a tie-fighter made of balsa-wood soaked in kerosene. But that's a small price to pay to avoid living in the prequels.
