My older sister used to play them all the time when I was little. She's the reason I'm a punk rocker. She took her life on August 6th 2021, her name was Annie Clapper, she existed, she was beautiful, and I miss her everyday. Please give her a shout out and react to You Look Like I Need A Drink(accoustic) by Against Me, it was her favorite song by them and she always used to sing it to me and play it on her ukulele. Please help me keep her memory alive, it was always just me, my sister and our mom, now my mom is saying she's going to kill herself, please just do me this one favor. I miss you Annie..💔

To be fair at the time of recording he was Tom. I understand where you are coming from but before Laura, Tom did exist . There are records with his name on it. Should we forget all things Tom because Laura exists?

Such a good band. Used to have a playlist of every album of theirs. No bad songs.

This is a softer song than they usually sing. Probably why his voice threw you off. Their songs are emotional & intense. They dive into politics in their songs a lot, the title is probably a comment of how the singer feels about Florida (he's from there)
Yeah a lot of Against Me! tracks had titles seemingly unrelated to the lyrical content
