I think "after touch" with the L stick might be either the line of the ball or the movement after the ball has bounced.

WARNING: I just went to play my career player today (PS5), and have seem to have a corrupted file now... 30+ hours of effort down the drain. I looked at downloading my cloud save, but it had already updated the damn thing with the corrupted version! Have filed a support ticket with Big Ant, but not holding my breath. Hint: maybe turn auto-update of your cloud save off, and update this manually every day or so???

Why won’t my career mode let me play any offside shots or download any teams without my game crashing
What’s different in the career mode?
Bit of storylines and training actually improves your stats and you can do gym training or bets training

Be aware, I’ve started two careers and after being selected for a shield side, my game has crashed and my career has been corrupted. Gamebreaking and infuriating.
