    Even for those of us without ADHD, sometimes the mind just can't unwind or the stress is far too great to sit on the same thing over and over. Constantly changing background sounds are just the ticket to help sooth such mile a minute energies.

    Putting this on my watch later list for sure. I like my ASMR later in the day but I wanted to drop in and sat your videos were some of the first to really affect me after a long period of being seemingly immune. It’s nice to really feel that ASMR again

    I don’t have ADHD, but i have severe DPDR. With that comes ADHD symptoms. Unlike my ADHD sister who’s senses and awareness is heightened, mine is completely numb. Therefore resulting in feeling just as restless, distracted, and being disconnected. I also can’t focus on one thing for more than a couple minutes. It’s so bad that when friends ask to join me in games, i warn them that i probably won’t even stay in the game for more than 5 minutes. I loovveee this ASMR because i don’t get bored, and the triggers don’t sound flat (if that makes sense). You probably won’t see this but thank you anyway for these videos😊

    I was curious! Since you have this adhd/low attentionspan series, have you considered something in the same vein but for autism like. Not breaking patterns and such.     Hey Jojo! I was wondering if you could do this video idea that I don't think has been done before. There was a trend of you being able to choose different options, and the outcome will be different for everyone. The videos are listed as private, unless you chose that option. I've seen this trend popular with makeup looks, but I think you could really pull it off with ASMR! It could be like "ASMR but YOU choose the triggers."
