I want to add nicoli chawchisco to the bunch from Romania and Alberto Quanterino from Cuba , both had great careers equivelant to a hall fame in Basketball even though they didn’t play basketball all their career since one was a dictator and the other is a runner who is the only double gold medalist in both 400 and 800m in the same Olympic and didn’t watch basketball since he had no TV growing up
Shaq n Hakeem were not better den Wilt. Shaq for all his dominance was a dunker n shot blocker. No real footwork or jump shot. All these guys could easily outplay him
Why should Jokic take the number 5 spot? Hakeem is a way better player then Joker. Hakeem was overshadowed and many people didn’t even know that he was the 1st pick in 1984
@@ruyi6971 You make a good argument. Hakeem was ill-served being on the Rockets (and Raptors). But please note that I didn't say *necessarily* that Jokic should take his spot -- I said he should be in the *conversation.* And I stand by that. I think the main argument would be how you define "better player". For example, if it includes making ridiculous eyes-in-the-back-of-his-head passes and making everyone around you better, I think J has an edge on that. But H was way more athletic and was like Shaq-before-Shaq -- a wonder to behold. So, interesting debate. Let's see what Joker does to wind out his career, then revisit. ;)
Kareem, Wilt, Russel, Olajuwon, Shaq.
Wilt, Kareem, Russell, Shaq and Hakeem.

Kareem, Dream, Stilt, Shaq, Russell
Look at that my point exactly every body had their top 5 list
Id say Kareem, Russel, Shaq, Wilt and Hakeem
And jokic? He deserved 4 mvps
Hakeem without ? Will beat any one of those guy..the man was just a complete beast.
Id say Russell, Kareem, Shaq, Hakeem and Wilt

Mostly well-reasoned, but you at least have to talk about Joker taking over Hakeem's #5 spot on this list. What else he gotta do for ya first?
Win

@@ruyi6971 LOL sorry, was commenting in a few places all at once and got my wires crossed!
Hakeem is without question #1, that's my story.
Hakeem over wilt?
No!!!!! Kareem is a handball player not a basketballplayer!! ha ha!
Hakeem made Ewing look like a scrub in the finals. Hakeem was the reason Houston beat the Knicks
