Anxiety and depression is such a bitch. I literally have been in a rough patch and can’t seem to get out of it I have done my makeup in almost 2 months. I miss doing it. Your videos are motivating me to get back into it. So thanks girl for all you do for this community 💕 I hope you get better and feel better. You are beautiful keep your head up doll

You do the same! Take care of yourself, I have to do my makeup daily if I don't I feel not put together, not ready to take on my day. I've never had depression but anxiety is no joke. Especially with everything going on in our world. It's a very real problem.
I feel you babe! I had a funk for 3 days and felt guilty I didn’t work 😭 hope you feel better & throw some makeup on for fun to get your mind off things!
Even if it’s 7 pm and you get the itch, do it, you’ll feel better and it will remind you why it’s worth the effort in the morning when you know you should , but don’t feel like it. That’s what I try to do. Just remember to always call someone you love at least once a week and know too many people miss you for you to hide away all the time.

I can relate to your anxiety… sometimes I don’t even know why I feel anxious but I just do and it’s hard to explain to someone. But don’t feel sorry for taking time off! Health is wealth 💕

I’ve always loved origins ginzing line brightening eye cream, and then I actually have grown to love the tatcha pearl undereye treatment! It brightens, and looks like a concealer but it doesn’t really have coverage, but it def brightens and helps on no makeup makeup days as well!

I picked up 3 of 4 of the Morphe-2 blush sticks along with 2 of 5 eyeshadow sticks & 2 of 4 of the little compacts that almost Kaja dupes & I’m pleasantly surprised that I’m enjoying them all! The blush sticks are great on light/no makeup days.

I relate with you so much on anxiety and depression.. i have been struggling all week with depression and anxiety and just a few hours ago i was wondering where you have been and i became worried because i have noticed the times when you dont post that you usually come back saying you were struggling with depression or anxiety. Thank you for sharing your experience and know that it helps those of us with similar issues to know we are not alone. Also know we are here for you. For dark circles during the day the first aid beauty eye cream is really nice! It’s a little bit tinted and illuminating. I really liked the banana bright too

So Glad I didn’t get the morphe skin tint, I went with the bare minerals tinted gel moisturizer and I love it for lighter makeup days! I purchased 2 colourpop lip stains and I’m excited for it

Stephanie, I can 1000% relate to the anxiety/depression you were touching on in the beginning of the video….I sincerely feel for you, it sucks balls! I have struggled all summer with it to the extreme and recently my Dr prescribed me Abilify which has turned it around so profoundly, it has been a game changer with zero side effects. I’m on the lowest dose but I noticed a change the first day I took it. Just wanted to let you know because it is such a daily challenge and people who don’t deal with it are so fortunate.

As someone who has dealt with bipolar 1 most of my life I can tell you depression and anxiety knows no boundaries. Meaning everything can be and is going well in life and depression and anxiety say f you!-have some of this! I take medication and still happens now and then. I try not to let it consume me anymore. Hmmm… that Refy cream bronzer seems like it might be similar to Huda’s Tantour, which is my all-time favorite cream bronzer/contour. It’s light, easy to blend, doesn’t disrupt foundation & can be set w/powder, but isn’t necessary either. It’s just good!

YES!!! My husband is like that. Anything sports! But we have trash tv that we watch together and some that he likes and I watch it with him and in return he’ll watch hone renovating shows with me. So we were well trained before the pandemic and I think it helps. But for sure made my anxiety worse.

It’s all year round cause he keeps up with football, basketball, and baseball so there’s no break from the sports in our house. He even has the app on his phone so he’ll get all the updates lol. The Ole Henrickson eye cream actually works pretty good. I use mine at night and it seemed to lighten my dark circles but I just don't use it regularly enuff to see what it can do. Also, I was watching a Mel Thompson video today and in the comments someone talked about ur channel and how u put the blush on enuff so that we can see and we talked about ur love of blush. Ur definitely our blush girl on TH-cam.
