Only the defending guy moves at full speed; the attackers are still in slow motion and they don't continue moving after their first attack is countered. 😂 why? Are they drunk?

ivstova47 I have done for more than 2 decades Tae Kwon Do, Yudo, Aikido, MMA and Krav Maga,they are beautiful martial arts and some effective, then I discovered Systema in 2013 and is like nothing I ever seen, if you do it super fast is deadly this is why they go slower here. When I used Systema during Krav Maga sparing full body contact not even the advanced belts could do anything. So you can laugh all you want until you try it for some time then you will no longer laugh anymore ...
