I love that last stop! That solves a problem I had last week in my shop that I eventually had to walk away from.
Guess it's back to work now. Thanks!

In a world or self-aligning stops, embedded t-rails, and anything else Rickler can make you think you cannot live without, here's a craftsman who uses his brain. Great Job!! I have more in my cag of tricks now! Thanks

Love that last stop. I've used straight line action clamps to achieve the same result in similar situations, but your stop setup is simple and sweet. Good job! Thanks!

Number 3 (the sliding version) is a very very good idea, and exactly what I was looking for.
    Simple, stable and flexible.
    Thank you

Thanks for this excellent tutorial. My table saw is a smaller portable version which has a table extender on the right side. For that reason, the right side of my table extends much farther than the left side of the table. Your tutorial performs all measurements and stops on the left side. Can your work process be used on the right side of my table (every step inverted, including the squaring of the end), or is it a "best practice" to perform most operations on the left side?

Excelent video and great tips. Can you tell me though why are you rotating the piece of wood vertically after cutting the first end?

is there a video available that shows how to make a table saw using a miter or circular saw? I don't have money to buy a table saw since a decent one goes for 500$.

What the hell is a "federal-style banding"? In fact, what is any sort of "banding"? You need to be less esoteric and inform the uniformed amongst us.
