company accounts are called an Agency account on Upwork .
You need to create a freelancer account first using a freelancer account. You can create agency account.

You are add Project catalogs using individual account or agency account not on both accounts at the same time

What about time tracking? As an individual freelancer I cannot track more than 168 hours weekly. So what will be my benefit as an agency owner? Can an agency track more than 168+ hours weekly? If yes, how?
For that only the agency hired freelancers can loged hours, not every agency freelancer can lo hours.

I have a question. I make an Individual account and verify it with my Verification proof and later convert it into the agency(because it was a partnership purpose account). Now I make my own account as a freelancer and I want to verify it. Is it possible to verify it with the same verification proof?
As I explained in the video, Agency and individual accounts are two separate accounts.
You can't convert your account to Agency account, You can create a separate Agency account within your freelancer account
