Okayu is saying 詐称 (to mislead/defame) instead of 座礁 (to run aground), to which Towa later asks "詐称って詐欺のことじゃないの？" to clarify if 詐称 meant "fraud", which is close but not quite.
That's why I went with "crock", since it's sometimes used as a derogatory term for liars/crooks.
