Thanks a bunch dude, I’m gonna need all the luck I can get. What’s funny is usually for bass that is an easy time to really do some damage on big fish!
Great video, thanks! I love the tackle talks. You will love the Death Pause Minnows. I added them last year. Lee really nailed it on that one. I like the 6.5" and the 7.5".
I had a 6.5 that I threw quite a bit last year just couldn’t find a groove with it for some reason, great tool, it’s a when bait not an if bait. The 5.5 should be really solid here in the pre spawn. As always thanks for watching I have at least 3 more talks on the way!
I know fish can be caught on topwater but I rarely throw it that time of year. Usually WTD baits is what they will eat from what I have heard, but I think topwater that time of year is the exception not the rule. Go with your gut and chuck what feels right! Thanks for watching, really appreciate it!
Thanks a bunch, really appreciate it! I have an 8’ savage gear bass swimbait rod with a piscifun 300 that I will try it on, I’m hoping that’s about right, I have a 2020 surgical strike but I think that will be a little heavy for the 5.5.
@@treysummers2061 yeah I saw that and will probably look to get one to try, I talked to their VP about if they need help testing or whatever. If their 400 is as good as the three and they offer it around $130 (thats what I was told) it will break the game reel wise.
Awesome Bait Show" and Ideas to Catch'em! Cheers " for 2023 and Thanks for Posting! jd
Thanks a bunch dude, as always really appreciate the kind words, hope all is well! Crush 'em in 23!
Nice looking baits. Here's to some better prespawn luck this year!

@@MattVavrochFishing Boggs Sinister Spin is my favorite. #7 fluted Indiana with a 6" swimbait on the back.
@@timothythompson6549 thanks a bunch, gonna have to try that, really appreciate you watching!
Have you ever had any luck with small top waters during the spring?

Good deal, I need a lighter set up for my small Jerks, You hear about Piscifun coming out with a 400 size??

Hell right
@@treysummers2061 I use the exact same rod for small baits. It works really well.
