Relative to competition, that is an excellent price. PEBA-based foams are the best foams you can get for cushioning, bar none. Running shoes, costing $200+ use PEBA-based foams. Plus, good build (like Crazylight 2016-esque caging -- firm enough to prevent lateral sloppiness, but not too much that it counteracts good cushioning), carbon fiber plate, seemingly well-designed and functioning upper, etc. Probably no other shoe provides this many features at a comparable price.
