In this video we go over the most improved basketball shoe so far this year, an S tier performer - the 361 Degrees DVD 2:
Traction was definitely the highlight from my experience playing in these. This outsole works perfectly fine on clean AND dusty courts, no slipping and the elite grip can probably move it into the top spot for best traction among all shoes this year. Cushion did not disappoint. Pretty bouncy, responsive and you get decent impact protection. The biggest area of improvement comes from the upper material, compared to the DVD 1. There was no pinching or discomfort this time for me, and the material feels a lot more comfortable than before without pressing down too hard against your feet. You can go true to size in US sizing for the best fit, and the unique lacing system does make it nice and secure out there on the court.

Better court feel than AG4?
Yes I would say so.
I’m happy you are finally reviewing this shoe this is my main rotation I hoop and work out in this shoe the only issue I had in this shoe was the tongue, but that was a simple fix with changing laces. Best shoe for comfort and causal. I’m curious about the SE model, but the DVD2 did it for me.
No wonder - I’ve really enjoyed these so far as well. Solid across the board and great functionality! Yes might try out the SE in the future too 🤛🫡

I loved playing on 361° shoes but since I grew from size 11 to size 12 I can't get a pair now they don't have stock in my country.
Ahh I see that’s frustrating. Chinese brands do need to provide more sizing options for bigger sizes 🥲

Hey thanks! They’re super close to me, same level of performance. Two shoes that have the best traction too, can’t decide on this one… GT Cut Academy maybe for it being lighter and easy to use for anyone.

Exactly what I have in mind. I didn’t like DVD1 but DVD2 is something else. Anyway, is it more expensive than AG4 because of the tech or just plain more expensive? 😅
They raised the price for the AG4 to 125 USD too I believe, so these two are the same price.
@@TommyLiu4 oh, really? Good thing that I managed to buy AG4 before the price increase. So far, it is my 2nd/3rd favorite shoe in my rotation. AE1 is 1st then AC12/AG4.

I really need a good impact protection because of my bad knees and I saw in other reviews that none of them really loved to cushion, you really think that these are better? 🙏🏻
Cushion and traction performance are identical to me between those two - so the difference maker comes to material, these wrap around my feet in a slightly more comfortable/secure way + better court feel.

Similar but not exactly the same. They do just copy and paste a bunch of colorways across their models though.

I’ve been playing in the Big3 5.0 Quick Pro recently and that shoe is a lock in this year’s Top 10 to me. So I’d say that one, haven’t tried any other version though.
Some reviewers are saying they’re not good on dusty courts.
How are these on dusty courts? Do you have to wipe more than usual?

I agree on the mould part. The AG4 doesn’t seem to mould the feet great.
I have DVD 2 SE color Ice on Fire. one of my fave hoop shoe right now. Solid Aesthetic and Materials. Fits like a Glove. Superb Traction.i use it for casual too and i got it for only 60bucks (Php 3,000). Love your videos. Keep on grinding. From 🇵🇭🏀🇵🇭

Hey. Yes great shoe, SE should be very similar - only slight differences with the material depending on the colorway.

Loving the 361 degrees models, the only issue is that the sizing options are too limited.
Have you gotten a chance to try the 361 Supernova 1.0 Pro?
Can you review the SE version? They changed the upper for breathability and switched to a mesh strobble. Curious of how that would affect the cushion.

@@haianhtong5254 the yarn on the summer edition isn't closely knitted to each other and has a lot more ventilation. This made it lighter as well. The upper material is much more forgiving for wide footers once broken in.
