There is no doubt is correct sentence. But dubious and doubt have different things with different meanings.doubt is a verb and dubious is an adjective.dubious means a thing ,about which you don't know whether it is good or bad whereas doubt means when you are not sure about something whether it is true or false. Dubious is equal to doubtful and both have the same meanings but doubt is verb and another thing than doubtful or dubious because they are adjectives. Brother, God bless you. I am from Pakistan.

Because your first sentence have two mistake, first dubious,and second (he is) because you are directly talking to the teacher in comments so you should have written,( you are) instead, of he is because you are not talking to a third person about your teacher. I hope, you will be able to understand what I am saying.
Further your second sentence is also wrong. You should write it like this, I am so happy to have teacher like you.( Other wording is wrong and does not make a sense.) I am just writing for your correction, you need pay attention at your grammar skills in English.
