    50k per month on commercial property is very less .. ispe 30% to govt ko do ..and exit mushkil ..1 cr share market me through MF/shares/ETF etc minimum 3 years ka compunding 14-18% hota hai ..data since 2010 means 12-15 lacs per year plus dividents etc

      I am impressed with your calculations however see, this is the beauty of real estate that everyone at least applies mind for the real calculations.
