Nice to see that Penny has now visited both the narrow-gauge railways in our district and left visual records of her usual outstanding quality. Thank you.

What a wonderful video of engines really working hard. It reminds me of steam of the day of the steam powered express passenger train. The Bure valley engines were designed for this run with its challenging grades and they are a delight to watch and hear pulling ten coaches. The RH&D engines really put on a show and their stack talk is magnificent. Most enjoyable!

I do like this railway and as you can see they have some spirited running given the size of their engines. When I visit I load my bike on the train at Aylsham and get off at Wroxham. I then race the train the 9 miles back to Aylsham down the shared use path/cycle trail beside the track. Every time the train beats me back by a couple of minutes. I am visiting again in August and will try again. A fun little railway. The video doesn't show their excellent facilities at Aylsham including a full station canopy. Ken, a small correction, I think it is 25 years since Bure Valley Railway was formed, not 60. Thanks as always for the great filming. You and Penny certainly get about.

Loving the footage of RH&DR engines, especially my fav engine Winston Churchill. Thanks for sharing!

Nice to see a good look at a line I've seen in parts before, but not in depth. Some good loco performances there; I like those Vale of Rheidol-esque tank engines.

Excellent video - one of the best I have seen of the BVR and a great record of the Silver Jubilee. Hopefully you'll be around to record the 30th anniversary in July 2020 when the Romney engines visit again. (10-12th July)

Interesting to see the difference between narrow gauge and miniature. The view at around 8.50 must have been disheartening for the railway, with an almost empty train passing the camera, given this was an anniversary event which the BVR had obviously put work into, bringing the two RHDR locos up from Kent.
