- Brooke warns Rick that Stephanie could screw things up with Deacon. Stephanie thinks Deacon gets cheap thrills from intimidating people, but maintains she won’t be one of them. Stephanie brings out unexpected emotions in Deacon. Clarke’s family tries to rally his spirits. Morgan tells Clarke that if he ever intends to leave the hospital, he better keep quiet.

I'll never forget where I was when I read @CBosten's scoop. I was getting ready to go on my 3 am run ,and laughed so hard in the middle of my driveway, I think I scared the raccoons that live behind my fence. 😂

The scene in this end of this episode when Stephanie hugs Deacon, It is so emotional and beautiful. My favorite scene.
Ending was a little hokey but the actors sold it.
Robin Williams and Matt Damon did a good job with that last scene.

The compassion that Stephanie shows Deacon at the end, reminds me of how we later learn that she, too, was abused as a child.

Brooke doesn’t seem too upset about Deacon taking the baby. It’s as though Rick has gotten into a tussle with a bully at school and she wants her son to keep his distance. It’s all about protecting her son not Lil Eric.
And the nerve of Brooke to disparage Stephanie for helping her son.
Brooke always hated when Steph and Taylor would do anything for them or show them any concern. She can’t stand when they act more like a mother to her kids then she does.
Basically Brooke doesn't *want* Steph to help or succeed.. That would just show her up as a bad, uninvolved mother.

This is the first update Brooke has had about this situation since Deacons got involved so what makes her an expert on the best way to deal with him? “You don’t need Stephanie help” uh Rick was the one who went to her for advice. He was the one venting to her and sharing his plan, you should be asking yourself why does your son feel more comfortable going to another woman with his problems then his own mother?

Yeah that one time Thorne s h o T his own brother. Then was accused of and was facing the chair for M u r d e r. Then pretended to be the father of his brother's child to keep his bro away from Taylor. Now he's in cahoots with the woman who helped drive his now deceased wife to drink and then helped unalive her.
Possibly the only thing Thorne hasn't tried is extortion.
Morgan wasn't a good psycho like Sheila. Morgan was too whiny, creepy.

Notice that Deacon doesn't dare get physical with Stephanie. He's already been shown to get rough with women (Carmen), and with elders (Jonathan). She intimidates him.

And right when Brooke worries about Stephanie's medical condition, Stephanie proves that she is strong enough to keep her hold on a struggling Deacon and hug him fiercely.😅Don't think Stephanie had that yet in mind, when she told Deacon that she knows what he needs and that he had it coming for a long time.

LOL. With Thorne and Brooke broken up, Brooke suddenly worries about Stephanie's medical history/ heart issues and if Stephanie is fit enough to deal with Deacon.
Morgan reminds me a lot of Sheila here with her taunting Clarke. No matter how manipulative her actions are she considers it a betrayal if someone tells on her which causes her to do something violent, and even as she “apologizes” she’ll still justify by saying she only acted like that because you made her.
When she told Clarke it was his fault... It really reminded me of Sheila.
But she just doesn't have the Sheila range
I love how Stephanie has been involved with all her grandkids lives. I see how she has taught them to fight for themselves. Even with them being Brooke's kids she still loves them.

Poor Clarke. In the recent episode it seemed for some seconds as if Ridge had figured Morgan out and knew that she is to blame for Clarke's state, but no, Morgan is still able to visit Clarke and threaten Clarke's life.
Deacon and stephanies scene reminded me of that scene on fresh prince where will and uncle phil hug each other after will‘s father once again abandons him
Brooke can help by getting with deacon oh that’s right it’s better timing doing it when he’s with her daughter Stephanie killed it in these scenes
