So why was it there??? I mean how it ended up there? We have a car here and it blows strong on max but very weak on lows, I found cabin filters were dirty and cover broken, that was replaced but still kinda weak on level 1-2. Any ideas?
Only thing I can come up with us the engineer in charge that month was lazy or going thru a divorce 🤣🤣

Hey thank you for uploading this. Before I try as well, I had a couple questions. What is the function of that foam? If I remove it can I expect another problem to come up for the air con system or expect more creaking and rattling from the dash? I’m just not sure if the foam serves any functions and I couldn’t find anything online
Insulation predominantly, maintains heat/cooling, as made of foam prevents creaks & rattles.
Hey Mate, My passengers side is only stuck on cold, but the fan is blowing pretty good. I heard some popping and cracking and I feel that the blend door motor is broken. Any idea of the fix?

Hello man, do you try to solve the cracking noise of the plastic part with ambient lightning? During hot days, when i come into the car and start it, the car is making terrible cracking noises because of cooling down the air inside the car and the part there.
That’s normal bro it’s the material expanding or retracting that’s how plastic’s are

So I have this problem, but all my vents won’t blow air , the blower is working and it’s cold but nothing is coming out of any, surely the foam isn’t blocking the outer vents also !!! Any suggestions would be appreciated

I have the same issue, and I m guessing the air valve sensor has issue that not opening at certain temperature.
In my G30, I find that only outer ones that have air coming out much slower compared to the centre ones. Almost ad though they are at two speeds slower. I have them all opened fully and still this happens. Any idea?

I’ve not long bought my g30. I find the blower very weak. Even when it’s on 50%, it’s not blowing very hard. It’s fine on max

I have the same exact problem.
Same here, I've got 540i G30 model. I find it that I have to turn it from 27oc for it to be warm, anything under it and it is cool/cold air. I don't know what's wrong with my one....

Hey I need help I just got a 2018 540i ac blowing hot what could it be ?
That could be very bad news.
Could be just you need refrigerant added, but if after doing that cold air stops blowing after a few days or week then you have a condenser leak.
Apparently there's been a lot of people reporting AC issues due to a cracked condenser. This would be a horrible scenario for anyone outside of warranty as a condenser replacement is a $4k-$6k job.
@@ichwanbedwiner hey I had it checked out look like it was low refrigerant & so far it’s been 2 Weeks blowing cold so hopefully I’m good I heard ppl say after 2 months it blows warm again so I’m still not clear 🤣🤞🏻
Evaporator time bought mines in June and by July it needed a new one car had 35k miles when I bought it otherwise great car tho

HELP.... any one knows the problem?:.... I have an 2011 BMW 535i GT... (with 21,000 miles) that no blowing air the driver side., ....blowing the bottom ( i feel on my foot) ... passenger side all the vents blowing normal. It has climate control, when I Max the air flow, (Driver side) after I turn off the left side, I hear the motor running with normal motor noise.
My bmw g30 brings only hot heat even i put it 16 any one got same problem?
