There is no such option. ETO's are ETO's, and only a Marine Engineer can become a Chief Engineer.

The fact that you have to do extra work to impress your new officer shows that you've been neglecting extra duties that should be done. This is not how you make a first impression, because it shows you'll only go above and beyond for an occasion instead of just being diligent in your duties.
