Hii COD ka option hai. You have to connect your bank account..tqb jake paise 3-4 days mai bank acc mai ayenge.

1.Recharge your wallet
2. book your parcel.
3. Shipping cost will be deducted from your wallet.
You don't need to pay anything more once you book.
The pickup person will come for the pickup.

Hii Lakshmi, Mostly I am active on platforms like Fb, Instagram, TH-cam etc..I am doing Quilling since 5yrs. So get orders online via these platforms and I sell my customized products to them. People just dm or msg me...we discuss on watsup that it..I use Shiprocket to deliver my products becoz it's easy for me to ship from home rather than visiting any office for Shipping courier. I don't use specific app for selling extra..I share my knowledge and give tutorials..never tried especially for selling products...people approach me because they like my efforts, quality and product.
That's how I work and deliver the products.
do I need to adjust my bill with the Charges of the product itself? in COD
I dont have experience of COD but i feel yes, you have adjust the charges.

Hii, It is Stock keeping Unit...Big business have many sku. You dont need to fill up anything in that if you are individual or small business.

Bill and Manifest is compulsory. Invoice is optional. Invoice If you want put it inside in the parcel. The bill or label you have to stick on the parcel. And Manifest you have to give to pickup person, it's like acknowledgement. He will sign and return it to you.

hey, i loved all the videos that u put up abt shiprocket and how to use it, it rly helped out, since i’m starting my own business and needed some help! but i do have a few questions that i hope u can answer..:) first, how do u ask ur costumer to pay you, and what do u use for it (also without showing your bank info and phone number, for my privacy reasons.) and second question, where do u get your packaging material, can you get it on shiprocket itself or??.. but yeah thank you, i rly love ur channel!

Hii Adira, 1. I take payments outside Shiprocket like via Gpay, Acc transfer...
If you don't want your details to be shared then..Upload your items/products on Instamojo and people can buy from their directly, you don't have to share details to individual client. Find more about Instamojo.
2. I buy my packing materials from local market in bulk..but I have bought corrugated boxes from Amazon few yrs back. They worked good for me.

Hi can yu tell me why phone numbers are not being printed on the shipping label ??
Hii...what a coincidence 🤔 few days back I was caught up with same question...See if you go to settings you can manipulate the label..what should be printed and what should not..but in both cases buyer(clients) number is not displayed. I have considered becoz it can be a Security reason. We give phone numbers while booking the parcel and OTP goes to the client..soo the phone number can remain secret.
I am not sure..but this can be possibility.
GST bhi required hota hai kya for COD courier ?
According to my knowledge, nahi lagta. Maine COD try hi nahi kiya ab tak.

Mam how should we enter the package dimensions if we are using courier bags. We will get Length & breath...bt how to enter height can it be approximate. Like if it's 4.6cm should we round off to 5 cm

No. I have creates my shiprocket account from Desktop. And book through desktop only. I havent used mobile app yet for shiprocket.

What is mon? From one state to another parcel bhej sakta hai. My parcels are going to South India from Mumbai, then Delhi, Banglore etc. Yes you can courier

Yes packing we have to do. See I have heard Shiprocket provide package etc but I don't know much about it. My products currently are small so I have corrugated boxes from Amazon and they work for me. For costing you have to do little bit of calculation which includes your profits as well.

I use Shiprocket via my Desktop, mai wohi se book karti hun, kyonki ye home pickup hota hai...Since 2020 due to covid 2 parcels hi maine India Post se bheje hai.
Maine Sep 2020 se abhi tak, FedEx, Delhivery, Shadow Fax se mere parcels book kiye hai through Shiprocket website.

Login to shiprocket from your desktop. Go to setting, Check Label Editing option.

It depends on your pincode and the mode of delivery you choose..Air or Surface ? 5 days mai mostly hota hi hai within India.

Booking ke time pe Pincode and Parcel ke details agar exact hai, toh phir calculate karke aya hoga 120 rs. For example..Mumbai to Lucknow 1kg parcel ka, I pay 140 rs via delhivery. So apka pricing bhi thik hai. Parcel ka weight kya hai.?

Hii Megha, KYC is compulsory for both types, PREPAID ho Ya phir COD ho..Bank details is not compulsory if you are just booking and marking as prepaid...Prepaid matlab ap payment customer se Shiprocket ke bahar karoge..like ask customer to may via gpay or acc transfer etc.

Hii, khud print karna hoga. The delivery person from the courier service you have selected will come to pickup the parcel.
Is it safe to use home address for pickup and delivery of business
I understand your concern, see if you have a workspace or office..mention that as pickup address. But if you are running your business from home, then you can give your address..till date I found everything ok at my end. Because even I am a mom and sharing address feels unsafe anywhere..but if we are using ecommerce site for purchases so we don't have any other option.

Hii Sweety, Thank you for your kind words. 300 gsm is really thick...I think putting that paper inside printer is little risky. It's very thick...I buy Anupam Ivory paper, Try Brusto Handmade paper or Canson Paper..They work best for quilling work base. But take care while printing directly on them.

It depends on courier service, mode(Via Air or Road/Surface) you select while booking
If the parcel is less than 500gms then what would be the solution?
Hi Akshara, There is no problem if your parcel weight is 500gm or less than it. Still you can book and ship via Shiprocket. My small parcels weight is mostly 200gms or 300gms, it's a 📦 box, so I ship them and faced no issues at all.

Hii Jia, once you create the account, go to settings. They have this option to hide address but it's only available for few couier services not all... Go through Setting once.

Hii I dont knoe anything about both of the terms used in Shiprocket. These are for big business where they keep the stocks etc. I dont have much knowledge about this.

Hello, 1) Manifest is to be printed. It is kind of Acknowledgement you have to give it to the pickup person. It is necessary. He will return back to you by signing it.
2) Invoice is something which is optional. If you want you can print and place it inside the parcel with ur products. It's like something we buy from Amazon..the bill is inside right. I hope you got my point.
Soo you need to print 3 things:
1) Print Bill (Label)...you need to stick on the parcel. It is compulsory.
2) Manifest...you need to give it to the pickup person...he will sign and give back...or sometimes they sign and take it along with them..but they definitely sign it.
3)Invoice...It is given to customer inside the parcel. You need to pack it along with your products...it's not compulsory.

Is this shiprocket is just for business purposes selling products or it can be use for general purpose I have some lugage in Bangalore that needs to be shifted to bihar . Can I use this shiprocket
It is used for shipping parcels, good for business purposes because within a month many parcels can be shipped right. Also we have to make account and do minimum recharge of 200 rs. in Shiprocket wallet.
For single parcel also you can use...It's upto you.
For single parcel you can use India Post also.

What you took print out
Hii Hajira, I took print of "Bill" (Label) which we need to stick on the Parcel and "Manifest" which we need to give to the pickup person, and they will sign and give us back. It's like a proof or acknowledgement that we have submitted parcel to this person. These are compulsory things to do because they contain barcode which is to be scanned by them.

Is there a COD using Shiprocket?
Yes, Shiprocket has COD option. I am planning to make video on it too. Do check the FAQS if you want to opt for COD.
when the pickup person comes is it necessary for the person to be available who's number is registered with the app.....or anyone can handover the package to the pickup person?
Yes yes sure, but let the label be properly stuck on parcel. Let the other person know to give the manifest to delivery person,get it signed and take it back.
Is any chances of get duplicate or fraud product from this?
No idea, didn't experienced anything like this.

Hii Anjana, SKU is stock keeping unit. If you are big business and want to ship with Shiprocket then you need SkU.
If you are individual, it doesn't matter to ship. You can still book the parcel. It's a unique code I think which big business use for managing products.

No Lekha, it's not like our recharge...Amount will be there..practical example, I recharged in March 2021..due to lockdown I didn't shipped for 3 months..directly I shipped in June..soo nothing happened to the amount..😊

@@Fathima.ca_19 it's not for specific number of orders...it's like suppose 1 order shipping is rs. 50, then 50 will be deducted from 200,..suppose next shipping cost is 100rs...soo it will deducted from 150rs.

Hii Fatima, Printing is compulsory. Handwritten is not considered because they have specific barcode generated by the system..Printing label and manifest mandatory hai ji. COD maine abhi tak try nahi kiya, Bank ko connect karna hoga.
