    I love doing these exercises! I had to do all these yesterday. I picked up skating again after almost a 7 year break and back then I jumped my double sal and axel. Now my coach wants me to relearn them even if I am not competing.

    Can you please do this for double toe too? My toeloop is much stronger and more comfortable than my salchow so i feel like that should be the first double i start working on.
