- This food challenge is going to be trouble! Today we take on the biggest fish and chips challenge in Texas. A state known for everything being bigger and better, there’s a Texas size catfish platter, really encapsulates the southern foods and soul foods, many know, and love. today we are in the Dallas Texas area, at Towers tap house in little Elm. With only 30 minutes in order to complete the giant fish and chips challenge, in order to get the $50 meal for free, it was obvious this was going to be a very difficult food challenge, and one of the biggest food challenges involving seafood I have attempted in a long time. thank you to Towers tap house, Little Elm is a great place full of hospitality, including those at the Elm.

Gotta try Ravigotte sauce on those fish, or farmer, and or cocktail saus, or salsa saus. I think that would be my favourite choices. As for acid I like lemon, and little vinegar/balsamic. When it get's cheap Ketchup would do and farmers/garlic saus.

I just love this guys attitude to life he loves life, food, people, he really enjoys eating and can see he appreciates the taste and time put into eat dish and shows his gratitude towards the chef by giving compliments about the food, a good soul.

Catfish is hands down my favorite food. I fry whole catfish and serve with my homemade buttermilk ranch and of course, hot sauce. Good video boss.

Awesome job! I too am not a fan of fried pickles but I love some dill pickles even the juice I drink as well. I had catfish the other day 2 pieces I couldn't finish it and ate the rest for lunch the next day thanks to airfryer😂. I love some fried catfish that is so flavored it doesn't need sauce . I do like malt vinegar or hot sauce if I use anything. Again great job 👏
