I can help with this!! I’ve been doing it for years. You gotta unzip your pants and open up space for your shirt, then just pull the shirt straight down all around and gently pull up your up all around it and zip it. Then if you like you can very gently pull your shirt up slightly all around so it falls a bit more naturally and so doesn’t suddenly pop out irregularly when you move. That’s it! You’ll get better as you go too

Your pants need to fit really well on your waist (even a belt doesn't solve the problem when the pants are to wide). Otherwise a t-shirt will come out from the pants and look nasty.
