Once that’s done and that lower section at the right side of the stadium is finished it’s going to be really amazing! I am a diehard River Plate fan. I was in the Monumental during the Libertadores final of 2015 vs Tigres . Torrential downpour did not dampen spirits, they sang 1 hour before , during the whole game and 2 hours after...the streets were flooded after and my sneakers fell apart ...i didnt care. I have also gone to other games during my trips to Argentina, once in Sante Fe vs Colon , and others in the Monumental vs Patronato and SMSJ. The atmosphere is always intense..
