DO WE 100% THE GAME TODAY?

Rules:
I am allowed to level up to level 20 to wield the greatsword, after that I can only level up 5 times for every achievement I get.
Weapons allowed are the longsword, crossbow and greatsword.
I need to get all 42 achievements and beat the DLC!
